that time i got transferred in another omniverse

Chapter 25

'this one was supposed to be an appetizer... before the five as my main dish. but for some reason.'

"control transferred to [GREAST SAGE]."

'it started speaking nonsense... and then cut my arm off in one blow!'

"switching to "auto battle mode."

'i must admit... this one is not prey. it is my foe.'

rimuru (not in control but it's still his body) rimuru ran to gerudo and jumped up and strike his sword down but gerudo bloked it with his cleaver and gerudo slashed his swords making rimuru jump back as benimaru noticed something

"why isn't the orc disaster's erm regenerating?"

"chaos eater!" snakes came out of orc lord's body the snakes then attacked rimuru but he still dodges

"that's black flame along the cut, to smoke the flesh and prevent regeneration. it also stops blood loss, this means it will be not fatal"

"death march lance!!"

the kijin dodged the beams but william got hit... several times

"william-sama!!"

william glitched suddenly the beams disappeared along with his wounds surprising the ogres goblins and pretty much everyone. the smoke cleared as a hand grabbed rimuru

"i've finally caught you."

"rimuru-sama!"

"h-he regrew his arm!"

the orc was about to eat him but...

"god ray." william said as his finger shot out a beam cuttin off the orc's arm like nothing rimuru got out of the hand of the orc lord william got in front of the orc lord his eyes showed hate as dark blue vains on his eyes as if the gerudo killed or almost killed someone very important to him william reached forward his hand glowing dark blue "mind manipulation" he touched gerudo's head as gerudo screamed in pain as the orcs and the others wondered what william was doing to him as rimuru got concious again and he saw what was happening and was a bit uncomfortable

"u-umm william?"

william didn't respond

"william..."

william still didn't respond

"william!"

william's eyes turned back to normal as he fell he was breathing heavily while sweating "i'll...i'll be back at the village" he teleported

the others were quiet until geld attacked rimuru but since he was weak rimuru used predator and ate him though slowly since he is big and thick

rimuru appeared in a wasteland

"whoa... whatt am i looking at?" 'hmm...orc children?'

"are you hungry? just be patient." the orc lord took out his arm "here eat this. every last bit. it will help you grow up big and strong" the orc children began to eat the orc lord's arm

"please, your majesty, stop. if we were to lose even our king in the midst of this great famine... there would be no hope left for orc kind."

"a youngling born just two days ago starved to death this morening. the one born yesterday is on death's door already. and yet my flesh will always regrow, no matter how much of it i tear loose. if this is not the end of all hope, then what is?"

"where are you going your majesty?!"

"into the forest, to search for food."

"but that place is under protection of the storm dragon..."

"the storm dragon has been sealed behind the barrier for ages. surely we can take some tiny bounty..."

"your majesty..."

after a few days? months? the orc lord collapsed then a cloaked person approached the collapsed lord

'this must be where he met gelmud.'

"these is great power hidden within. if utilized well, this individual could be an orc lrod... perhaps even a demon lord. an orc disaster"

"he gave me sustenance and a name." the orc disaster said behind rimuru "and he taought me about "starved", and the gift of the orc lord as an orc lord, if i eat, all thsoe under the sway of straved cannot die of hunger. in this way, i could save my people. yes, i may have been the pawn of wicked scheme... but i had no other move to play. therefore, i must eat. you might be a slime that can devour anything, but i must not allow you to devour me."

"without your corrosive strength, i have the advantage in consumptive ability. you're going to lose."

"my people are starving. i cannot afford to lose. i have devoured the other monsters. i ate gelmud-sama. i even ate my own."

wake up to reality

"if i die my people will be held back for my deeds."

"our king!"

"lord geld!"

"there can be no turning back. to ensure that my people do not starve... i must bear all of the world's starvation within my own belly!!"

"even if you still lose. you are starved, then i am a devourer i will devour your sins, and the sins of your kind."

"devour... our sins? mine and my people's?"

"you heard me. i'm that greedy. so sleep, and be at peace. i must not lose"

the gerudo turned back into his original form as he is lying down he reached out to a flower

"i'm so tired. and it is... warm here.greddy one. devour of my sins. i thank you. at last, my hunger... is sated."

the orc disaster... who had been named geld... has finally lost his conciousness within rimuru."

"rimuru-sama..." shion said

after devouring the orc lord rimuru transformed into his form again

"i've won. rest in peace."

the crowd cheered. well most of them the orcs cried at their loss of their lord

"your majesty... you're finally free" the orc with the dark hood said

where william is...

william was in a tent breathing heavily and sweating tears leaving his eyes

"why?... what is happening to me..." he doesn't know what happened then it just suddenly happened he doesn't even know why,how or what happened he then laid down then got up again summoning a cup of tea and cookies "of course tea and cookies always help" he drank the tea which helped him a little bit as he ate the cookies it calmed himd own he then just laid there as he suddenly sneezed "what? do i have a cold? but i'm a god" 'doesn't mean plot can still happen' 'well your right'

somewhere else...

"in my capacity as overseer of the forest, i will begin a dialogue with the intention of resolving this situation. it will take place in the early morning tomorrow, in the forest clearing just to the southwest of here any races who wish to participate ought to select a representative to argue their posistion that is all. and i assume there will be no arguements to the contrary...i now declare rimuru tempest and william tempest the chairmans of the assembly!"
