William's pov.

"the representatives of dwargon... and jura tempest federation, who agree to form a pact of cooperation... will now sign the binding forms to make it official." the old woman with the dwarves said

to the right side of the table is rimuru and right by his side is Me, behind them is benimaruu and rigurd as for the left side of the table is dwargo and his subordinates

this pact of guaranteed with magic, and announced to the world at large. we're the "jura tempest federation". it's a federation because some of the species under our umbrella, like the lizardmen and treants, hold their own territory. while rimuru was wriiting his name he sent a thought communication to me

'is this the right way to write my name?'

'huh?' i looke dto his paper 'oh, yeah'

after writing our names an orb of light appeared which launched to the sky sending out several orbs of light. this is the moment that the name of our ation is spread around the world. incidentally, the city itself was designated "Tempest" our capital. which rimuru thought was really embarrasing...

"how about Rimuru & William?"

"no objections" we said

'william you traitor!!!'

"hahaha! i'm just joking rimuru, how about hayate?"

"ah! a great name!! as expected of william-sama!

this is Hayate it has an incredibly diverse flow of visitors many of them are friendly monsters and dwarves and friendly monsters they want to come and pay respects to us, and to see the town. some of them showing up for protection. for now, we're nt turning anyone away. i want the knowledge of who we are to spread originally

I was just walking around town when suddenly i was heading to my crime scene~ cut... when suddenly I saw rimuru blitz by me i wondered what was happening so i flew to the matching speeds with him easily catching up

"rimuru? what are you doing running around? or should i say crawling around."

"william! did you feel the aura?"

"hm? oh, yeah was that an ant?"

"ugh we get it! your strong!!" rimuru said annoyed

"what'd i do?" i said looking sad and down (shame on you rimuru forshame!) and when i'm sad i turn small now i'm 4'9

we arrived at the spot the thing was landing as we arrived a small explosion erupted from what seemed to be a missile from the smoke a figure appeared

"greetings" the figure said now revealing to be a flat girl "i am demon lord milim nava. you two seemed like the toughest ones in this town... so i came to say hello!"

an awkward silence befalls on us as i interupted the silence

"ah, domo! i am william tempest and his guy's rimuru tempest!" i say greeting the demon lord

"hello. umm why did you think we're the strongest?"

"heh! do you really think you're hiding that aura from me? my draconic "milim eye" only needs a single glance to detect the magical energy that any being tries to hide!"

"huh. sweet" he summons copy and copied milim's "milim eye" then upgraded it

"don't think of trying to pass yourselves off as harmless around me!" milim picked both of us up

"so is this your true form then? on gelmud's crystal ball, you looked like a silver haired human. and your height was really high!"

rimuru transformed into his human form and i transform into my original height as milim then let go of us. milim then walked in circles admiring our forms

"hmm? i'm sure you were a bit tinier on the crystal ball. let me guess. you ate the orc lord?"

"well... yes. and what is it that brings you here today?" i question getting bored here

"hm? it was the first thing i said. i came to say hello!"

'that's all?! but if it means we don't have to fight, i'm all for it. after all, according to great sage... no thanks if this tured into a fight .' suddenly shion with her sword drawn out emerged from behind us slashed her sword to milim

"ranga, azuma, take rimuru-sama and william-sama to safety now!!"

"understood!" azuma and ranga said

ranga put rimuru on his back while me on azuma's back. after the slash of shion it revealed that milim caught her sword with her hand

"what's this? you want to play with me?"

while riding with azuma and ranga

"o-oi azuma, ranga stop!"

"i can't william-sama! forgive me!"

i grabbed both of their heads and smashed them together

"i said stop!!"

they got unconcious

'did shion get frozen by "the demon lord's presence" thing?' rimuru thought as soei trapped milim with his strings

"even a demon lord cannot easily escape the bonds of this thread not for a few seconds at least." soei said as benimaru summoned his hell flare on his hand

"and a few seconds is all i need. hell flare!" benimaru threw the hell flare and engulfed milim with black fire "hopefully this will leave a burn mark at least..."

"bwahahaha! this is remarkable! an assault of this level... might have actually topped another demon lord. but... that demon lord wuld not be me." milim's aura released creating a massive earthquake

azuma and ranga got concious and got on top of rimuru and me

"ranga!"

after a while a massive crater appeared as the clouds above them parted

"mataku. i'll be taking care of th-" I was cut of

"don't fight her! you might destroy the town!"

"i won't, i won't" he got close to them then pressed paste healing all of them

"what are you doing here William-sama? for your own safety you must flee!"

"just rest i'll handle this"
