Fairies exist, so that's cool. The reason they keep away from humans is because most humans think of fairies as pests... treat them like little human-shaped bugs.

Denki Kaminari is a fairy who used to live a very simple life with his friends in a hole in a tree. He used to spend his days relaxing, snacking on berries and flower nectar, causing mischief, hanging out with his friends... ah, it was such a wonderful life.

And then... well, that changed.

Most of his friends have died. Eijiro was crushed by a falling rock while he and Denki were out exploring, Mina was eaten by a bird, Katsuki was grabbed by a cat and hasn't been seen since, Hanta's still alive but his wings are severely damaged and he can't fly anymore...

And Denki, well... Denki was captured by a group of humans.

Denki sighed loudly as he slumped against the glass wall of his prison.

God, he was so hungry... it was hard to think about anything else. And it's not like he can just ask his captors for food... they can't understand a word he says, and even if they could, they probably wouldn't give him any.

Right about now, he's stuck in a glass jar.

His wings are tied together with a small rubber band, which really hurts. Fairy wings are actually extremely fragile, very easy to tear apart, and they can't exactly grow back if damaged. If he tries to remove the rubber band himself, he might rip apart his wings, which wouldn't be a good thing.

So, he really is stuck here. Even if his wings weren't tied together and he could fly to the top of the jar, he can't exactly unscrew it from inside.

Denki just decided to go to sleep.

What else is he supposed to do?

Denki was rudely awoken as one of his captors violently shook the jar he was in.

"OW, STOP-!" Denki yelled as his body slammed against the glass.

"Hehehe! Tomura, the little fairy boy's awake~!" The excited blonde girl said, smiling with her mouth open as she stared directly at Denki. "Can I-"

"Yes, Toga. You can suck its blood." The sorta 'boss' of the group said. "That stupid little fairy has served its purpose..."

"I-IF I'VE SERVED MY PURPOSE, THEN JUST LET ME GO!!" Denki screamed as he pounded his tiny fists on the glass, knowing it was useless.

As the crazy girl began to unscrew the lid of the jar, the door to the building was kicked open.

"Shit." The raspy voiced boss said, looking at the two people in the doorway. "Kurogiri, Toga, we're leaving."

"Aww, boo..." the blonde girl said, sadly. "I didn't even get to have a taste..."

"Whatever, that isn't important! Let's just go, Toga!"
