I know basically nothing about the Omegaverse, so I hope this is at least decent... I tried my best!

Hitoshi Shinsou was the adopted son of two Pro Heroes.

The adopted son of two Pro Heroes, who just so happened to be Alphas. So, they were very protective of him... to be honest, it was a little overbearing sometimes. If he gets so much as a cut, those two will be all over him asking if he's ok... Shinsou appreciated it, but still.

The pair of Pro Heroes had also (unofficially) adopted Class 1-A as their children.

Recently, Shinsou had transferred to the Hero course, specifically Class 1-A.

On Shinsou's first official day in 1-A, though, something... unfortunate happened.

"Shinsou! Since you're officially a part of the Hero course now, do you have a Hero name in mind?" Midoriya excitedly asked, pulling out a notebook. Midoriya was wearing his Hero costume, so Shinsou had no idea where he pulled the notebook out from.

"Well, kinda..." Shinsou said, slightly embarrassed. "It's kinda just a temporary name, but at the same time I kinda like it... I was thinking Mind Flayer..."

"Ooh! I like it! Kinda villainous, but in a good way!" Midoriya began writing in his notebook. "I bet you'd intimidate a lot of Villains!"

"Haha, thanks..."

Oh, the day was off to such a good start...

How did it all go downhill so quickly...?

The League attacked, because of course they did, and it went... worse than usual.

Shinsou got very injured. He had been stabbed multiple times in the stomach and chest, and was bleeding a lot.

Midoriya was crying loudly, since, you know, there was a high chance Shinsou's wounds could be fatal.

Shinsou's blood was already making its way through the air, alerting his overprotective parents that their child was in danger, and on top of that there was also Midoriya's loud crying...

Midoriya and the rest of 1-A were juveniles, meaning Aizawa and Mic already had an innate need to protect them... and, unfortunately for the League, there were several other factors that intensified that need to protect their children.

This was their first real day back teaching after having to take some... personal time off work, and so were working off of instincts moreso than they usually would, and an Alpha's instincts are essentially 'protect pups at all costs!'...
Also, there was the fact that Aizawa and Mic thought of 1-A of their children- and Shinsou actually was their child- meaning the League was directly attacking their 'pups', which is NOT a good thing to do if you want to live...
As well as that, all of 1-A were distressed and scared due to the fact that Shinsou is bleeding quite possibly to death, and juveniles produce a special kind of pheromone when they feel those sorts of fearful emotions that signals to Alphas that 'pups are being threatened, need protection!'... and that danger signal was multiplied at least 20 times over, since nearly the whole class was feeling the same way.
