"I-it was a siren! I remember, something like... l-like human hands grabbing me! And when I woke up on the shore, I-I saw a fish tail sorta like, diving back into the water! T-there's just no way a human saved me!"

"Mr. Kaminari, I understand you're probably still shaken up from falling into the water and almost drowning... but a siren would not have saved you."

"B-but I know what I saw!" Kaminari insisted. "I saw a siren! And he didn't try to kill me!"

"Correct me if I'm wrong, but did you not tell me you heard somebody singing before you fell off the ship?"

"Well... I-I did, but-"

"Then it seems you know first hand why your story is impossible. They lure people into the sea with a song, and then drown them."

"But his voice... I heard his voice... it was different, I'm sure. There were two different voices. The singing I heard, and the voice of the one who rescued me... they were different! I swear!"

"...right, well, you should stay away from the ocean for a while. At least until you get over this... delusion of yours."

Kaminari decided to ignore that advice.

"I know what he looked like. He had long, strangely cut black hair, and..." Kaminari paused. "Ok, so maybe I only remember what his hair looks like. WHATEVER. I'm sure I'll know him when I see him!"

He walked along the shoreline for hours, but he found nothing.

"I'm not legally allowed on a boat..." Kaminari said to himself. "So there goes the whole 'throw myself into the sea' option."

Kaminari had no idea what to do. He kicked at the sand, sending a small rock flying away from him.

"This is useless. Why am I even here?" Kaminari sighed. "It's not like I'm ever gonna see him again, and even if I do, what am I expecting to happen? For us to start dating? Yeah right, like that'll ever happen. I can't breathe underwater, and I don't think he would be able to breathe on land."

He stopped talking for a moment, and just listened to the waves crashing onto the beach.

It was nice.

"Oh my goodness!!" Kaminari blurted out in surprise. "How could I forget?! That would solve everything!"

Kaminari had completely forgotten about something that could solve the exact problem he was having.

A certain doctor in town knew how to make potions. She could do anything- so long as you provide ample payment.

He found his way there, the only clinic in the small village he lived in, making sure he brought some money with him.

He opened the door, and walked into the waiting room.

"Hello?" He called out into the empty room. "Miss Uraraka? Are you here? I need your help!"
