Touya Todoroki's life has been upturned recently. He went to sleep in his bedroom one night, and woke up in the hospital eleven years in the future. It was kinda hard for him to adjust... I mean, his youngest brother is now three years older than him, and his abusive father suddenly loved him and treated him as a normal child...

Of course, Touya didn't know what had really happened to him. He just assumed he had somehow time travelled.
What has really happened was that the League of Villains had an altercation with another, unnamed, group of Villains. Dabi had been hit by a Quirk that reversed his age, and erased basically all of his memories from after he was thirteen.

Touya's family realized this was a perfect opportunity to prevent him from becoming a Villain.

Touya doesn't truly understand what's going on. He doesn't truly understand why his family is suddenly so protective of him, or why they've completely forbidden him from using his Quirk, or why that winged Hero keeps visiting his father, or why his father wouldn't let him watch the news...

All Touya understood was that his family suddenly loved him.

"Tooooooouya!" Natsuo called, sticking his head into his older brother's room. "Come on! It's such a nice day outside... why are you holed up in your rooooooom~?"

"Because I want to." Touya responded, not looking up from his game.

"Hey, you know what? Someone I know has a younger sibling around your age. You two should meet each other! I can arrange the meeting!" Natsuo suggested. "You should make some friends! It'd be good for you!"

"Nah, I'm good." Touya paused his game, realizing he didn't have a way out of this conversation. "I don't think someone like me would have the easiest time making friends."

"Fine, fine, I'll leave you alone." Natsuo rolled his eyes.

The family had decided that Touya needed to make some friends. Maybe getting some friends would help deter him from becoming a Villain again.

Touya had almost no chance of remembering his time as a Villain. Due to this, his family had become slighty less protective over him.

It was decided that, tomorrow (whether he wanted to or not) Touya would be allowed out of the house without direct supervision so he can make some friends.

Touya was allowed out of the house without direct supervision.

That doesn't mean that somebody wasn't watching him to make sure he was safe.

Yep, Hawks was watching over Touya, from the rooftop of a nearby building.

It was his rare day off, so he had nothing better to do. But jeeeeez it was boring watching an anti-social 13 year old attempt to make friends with people.

"Hm? Oh, looks like someone started talking with him." Hawks said, watching everything that was going down.

From what he could see, it looked like Touya had been adopted by a group of extroverts.

"...Touya told me I looked like an old friend of his, didn't he?" Hawks asked himself. "He even used my name... did I ever know him...?" He couldn't remember ever knowing Touya before he joined the League of Villains.

"Can I tell you something? You actually remind me of a boy I used to know, named Keigo Takami."
"Eh-? What do you mean?"
"You two look really similar. Even your personality kinda reminds me of him."

Hawks had assumed it was nothing. Just a very coincidental coincidence, if anything.

Then, Hawks realized something.

He did know Touya at some point in time. But it was such a long time ago... before his hair was white, before his flames were blue.

"Keigo! I snuck out again to see you. I brought us a ball to play with!"

"He was so innocent back then... almost hard to believe he would grow up to become a murderer." Hawks said to himself. "Hey wait a minute! That's not the important part here! We knew each other! We were friends! We were..."

"Best friends. That means we'll forget each other, and we'll always be there for each other."

"Then why did I forget...?" Hawks asked himself. "...the Commission. That's why. That has to be why."

"Wait, you watch that show too?! That's awesome! No one else I know does!"

"Yeah, it's really cool... and it's nice to have someone to talk to about it...!" Touya said, enjoying the time he was spending with this group.

"Hey! We should watch it together some time!"

"Really? You'd let me?"

"Obviously! You seem real cool!"

"Uh, y-yeah! We could do that some time!"

Before the plans could be finalized, someone grabbed Touya's hand.

"Alright Touya, time to go."

"Wha- Hawks?" Touya asked, looking up at the person who'd grabbed him. "Why are you here?"

"I'm here to bring you back home. Come on, let's go."

"Hey! Snow Head!" The kid who'd been talking to Touya yelled. "I never caught your name! What is it?!"

"Oh! It's Touya-"

"You really think he wants to be friends with you?" Hawks asked. "He doesn't. now leave him alone, kid."

"H-hey, that's not true...!" Touya insisted.

"Touya, you don't have to lie. Now,let's leave." Hawks angrily demanded.

"Snow Head! Touya! Will you be here tomorrow?!"

"Yeah, I-"

"No, he won't." Hawks answered for Touya. "Now leave him alone."

"Let me speak!" Touya demanded.

"Like I said. We're leaving, and not coming back here again." Hawks said, turning to the group of children. "Now! If you horde of brats don't leave Touya alone, just know that I will find out where you live! And I will kill you! Brutally." He had a big deceptive smile on his face. "Bye-bye now!"

Touya did return to that place tomorrow, but none of the other kids were there.

"I guess Hawks scared them into not coming today..." Touya said, sadly. "That sucks... but I guess I can't do anything about it..."

Touya had a better childhood than he did the first time around.

Though, this time, he was smothered by his family. And he was just as isolated as he was the first time around.

This life was just as bad, though in a different way.
