Third Person POV
"I am so much better!"
Mary watched, amazed, as Aliyah belted her heart out to "So Much Better" from Legally Blonde.
"I am so much better!"
"Holy cow," Isabella muttered, her eyes wide as she sat next to Mary, "no wonder she got Katherine."
"She's got a large range for what characters she can do well," Mary commented, still watching Aliyah.
Isabella nodded in agreement.
"Than before!"
Everyone clapped when Aliyah finished.
Mary and Isabella were sitting in a group with four techies and some of their cast members.
The cast members the group consisted of Kennedy, Ben, Eliasz, Mason, Jeremy, Isaac, Rowan, and of course, Aliyah, Mary, and Isabella.
The four techies' names were Vivienne, Eulalia, James, and Rider.
Rider was a senior, Vivienne was a freshman, and Eulalia and James were juniors.
Aliyah sat down happily. "That's always a fun song to sing," she hummed.
"Yeah, when you sound good singing it," Kennedy responded with a chuckle.
Aliyah shrugged. "I thought I was pitchy that time," she stated.
Rider groaned. "You sounded beautiful, Aliyah," he told her, gently pushing her arm. "You actors are all so doubtful of yourselves. Be proud for once," he complained.
"I'm not doubtful of myself," Isabella said with a shrug as she continued making a sign for the Richmond borough. "I can be quite egotistical."
"You?" Kennedy shot her a look. "No."
Isabella shrugged.
Eulalia raised her hand. "I have no idea what that word means," she announced.
"Same here." Jeremy nodded at her.
Rider nodded in agreement.
"How are you not failing English?" Isaac muttered as he stared at his twin.
Jeremy rolled his eyes.
"Egotistical means..." Ben trailed off, his brain not feeling like working. "...something that I don't care to remember right now." He grinned.
"Helpful," Jeremy grumbled.
Eliasz smacked his arm, before hugging Ben close to his chest. "Don't be mean to my baby." He pouted a bit.
Ben giggled softly.
Kennedy shot Eliasz a look. "He was my baby first," she told him, crossing her arms and acting jealous. "He's your boyfriend. Let him be my baby. You can't have all of him," she complained.
Eliasz pursed his lips. "I think I can." He hugged Ben closer to his chest.
Kennedy pouted, shooting Ben a sad puppy look.
Ben giggled again. "Stop fighting, you two," he told them as he pulled out of Eliasz's arms. "There's plenty of me here." He giggled as he gestured to himself.
Kennedy and Eliasz chuckled.
Eulalia looked up from her sign and shot Vivienne, who was across the circle from her, a smirk. "I know who my baby is," she commented.
