I was dressed in a gorgeous dark red dress that wasn't to inappropriate. To me that is. I was in all red and the black coat I wore was the only color separation. I had nothing big today and just wanted to look good for myself.

I put a lollipop at my the corner of my mouth and swiped my keys off my dresser and made my way out the door. I soon as I went to go into my car I watched Beverly pull into the drive way. I sat in the driver seat of my car as I waited for her to get out.

She was overly excited as she skipped over to me. A confused look ran over my face as she stood in-front of me. "Why are you so happy at 8 in the morning?" I questioned but she just shrugs.

She pulled out a dandelion flower and tucked it into my ear knowing it wasn't my favorite flower. I looked over her face and noticed she wasn't only smiling but glowing as well. "Who did you fuck?" Her smile got wider as she started to back away.

"Don't you have work?" She asked turning her back. "Technically I do but actually I don't have to. So answer the question." She blew me a kiss and ran inside the house. I knew it was Ava I just wanted her to admit it.

When I got to the hospital I made my way to my office and moments later the door opened without a knock. It was Jocelyn so I didn't mind. "You we're here last night right?" She asked taking a seat. "Yeah I left early this morning, why?"

"Did you find out what happened to the 6 that came in?" I turned to open the blinds. "No I didn't. It completely slipped my mind to ask, are cops involved?" I switched my black coat out for my doctors coat. "They refused to get involved. I don't know but I tried talking to them and they all said nothing."

That was confusing. Why would someone get in accident and not say the cause. "Ill go down there right now I have to do my morning rounds anyways. I'll let you know." I kissed her cheek and walked out slipping my phone into my pocket. I went down on the elevator to the 4th floor where the boys and that girl was.

The first room I went into was one of the men that came in injured but he was asleep so I went next door to Kings room. He was on the phone, speaking Italian. But as soon as he noticed he said good bye. I tucked my hands in my pocket and walked over to him.

"Parli italiano?" I asked as I check his bandages. ("You speak Italian?") "È la mia prima lingua." He replied looking me up and down. ("It's my first language.") I nodded and stepped back giving him his space. "Why are you always doing that?" He asked. I tilted my head. "Your always stepping away." He said.

"Personal space." I answered crossing my arms. " But I do have a few questions for you Mr. De' Luca." I asked as his eyes were stuck on mine. "Do you mind telling me what happened the other night causing an emergency trauma?" He looked away.

"There was a disagreement and it led to a fight nothing big." His voice was stern almost forcing me to take his answer. "You and 5 other people came into this hospital with burns, cuts, and gunshots. But of course it was just a simple fight." I said sarcastically causing him to look at me with a small smile.

"You can be as sarcastic as you want, love but you're not getting a true answer." He stated. I turn to walk out. "Not yet." I reassured him making my way to Reid's room. I found Gabriele sitting on the edge of his bed as they talked. I knocked on the door and they looked at me.

"Sorry but with an injury as severe as yours you really can't be out of bed or it could cause more damage." I told her but she rolled her eyes and made her way out. "Look I really don't want to have to do another surgery on your girlfriend so if you don't mind convincing her to stay in her room I would appreciate it."

"Just ask and I could have a room set up for the both of you." I said taking my phone out of my pocket to see a miss call from my mother. "I don't like people who assume, Dr. Romano." His light green eyes were so dark and cold as I looked up to him.

"Excuse me?" I asked him as he sat on the edge of the bed, groaning in pain as he held his side. "Girlfriend." He gestured air quotes with his hand as he looked down at the floor. "She's my best friend."

"Yes my fault, I shouldn't be assuming." I took a deep breath. "But If you don't mind I do have a few questions." He nodded trying to stand up but he quickly went weak. I moved over to him and held him by the waist pouring all his weight on mine. "Fuck." He whispered as he held onto me for dear life. "Did I not tell you to stop moving?" I asked as he looked down on me groaning.

"So fucking worth it." He threw his head back his black hair being pushed back. It took me a while but I then noticed his hand gripping my lower waist making me take a deep breath to gather myself. I sat him back down on the bed and he laid down. He was bleeding all over again and when I took the bandages out he had ripped out all of his stitches.

I slid on some gloves and walked back to his bed side a bit irritated. "You have options. One you go underneath anesthesia and I fix your stitches. Two I up your dose of morphine and we do it here. Or no drugs and you do it raw." His lips curled and made me realize what I said. "With you? I can do raw." I smiled. I'm going to make this shit hurt like a bitch.

If someone heard my thoughts right now I'd probably get sued.
