Francesca's pov.

I was in the middle of scrubbing my skin in the shower when I heard the door knock. I had just left the hospital, my head was still pounding. I probably should have told Jocelyn to check me out but I didn't. I ignored the door and continued to scrub my body. I tried to scrub my neck but that only hurt. The again someone knocked. I was damn near raining outside. Who could it be? Halston probably wouldn't knock. I sighed and got out of the shower, wrapping myself in a towel.  I made my way down the stairs and took a deep breath before opening the front door.

It was Gabriele. She looked pissed. "Can I come in? Thanks." She pushed me aside and walked in before I could say anything. "Can I help you?" I asked following her, I didn't even shut the door cause she definitely won't be staying. She walked to my living room and I met her there, standing with her arms crossed over her chest. "What's your relationship with Reid? And don't say business, I can smell you ready to lie." I laughed dead in her face. "What does it matter to you?"

She moved closer to me. "Stay away from him and bonus if you stay away from King." I was in shock and couldn't even process what was really going on. "Get out of my house." I told her as I walked away. I walked up stairs in a hurry as I grabbed my phone off of the counter. I heard the door slam and felt relieved until it opened again. I texted both boys and expected at least one of them to show up, so they can come get their puppy and put her back on her leash. I walked back down stairs and noticed she was still there. "I saw the messages." She said walking closer to me. I shrugged my shoulders and looked at her confused. "You showed up last night for a date didn't you?" I smiled and noticed how jealous she was.

She grabbed me by my arm and pushed me down on the couch. I wasn't scared of her, she just wanted the truth. I crossed my arms to hold my towel up and crossed my leg over the other. "I see why you want him. He's a pretty good kisser." I admitted. "She huffed and lifted her shirt grabbing a gun. "I don't think he'd like you very much if you killed his 'business partner'." I said gesturing air quotes. "You're a whore. Leave my boyfriend alone." I looked around in confusion. "For him to be your boyfriend he'd have to claim you as his girlfriend. But you're just the best friend. Sad really." I could tell she was getting worked up. She lifted her gun and pointed it at my head. My stomach was now in knots but I didn't let her see that.

"What do you want with him?" Before I could even think of an answer I wasn't the only one with a gun to my head. King walked in and didn't hesitate to draw his to her head. His face was serious, not a hit of anything else. Reid also showed and pulled the gun from Gabby's hand. She turned to King and waited for him to lower his gun. "It's okay she didn't do anything." I stood up and Reid walked over to me, taking my hand and helping me up. King took Gabriele outside and Reid helped me to the kitchen. I didn't say a word to him and just grabbed water from the fridge. "My bad if she caused any trouble." He said and I scoffed as he put her gun in his waistband.

"Just a jealous girlfriend." I said taking a sip. He walked to me and looked down on me. "Friend." He corrected me. "Just a friend." He leaned closer and kissed my face. I closed my eyes and tried to lean away. "Again my bad for missing our date." He said. "She's gone." King said, walking in and placing his gun on safety. He squinted his eyes at me and moved closer, lifting my face away. "Who the fuck touched you?" He said looking at my bruised neck. I slapped his hand away and stepped back. "I just wanted you guys to come get her, you can leave now. Both of you." I said, not to make eye contact with either.

"Gabby hurt you like this?" Reid asked, looking down at my neck as well. "No." I looked up to King. "I just had a fun night. You guys should see his back." I lied and with each word my heart skipped a beat. I watched as King's anger and concern turned to disgust with a blink of an eye. He patted Reid's back and started to walk out. "I'll drop Bear off tonight." I closed my eyes and leaned back on the counter as I heard the front door slam shut. If he's dropping off Bear, He's leaving.

Reid slowly moved closer to me looking at me with a smirk. "Get out." I pointed to the door and he immediately turned around. "You can't blame me for trying." He said laughing as I followed him to the front door. "If you get anyone else coming in here leaving pink envelopes let me know and I'll have someone stay outside twenty four-seven for you." He leaned against the door frame as his eyes traveled to my towel wrapped body. "I don't want anyone here, But if you could spare someone to stay outside my brother's hospital room I'd appreciate it." His eyebrows dipped in as his eyes met mine. "Stupid bar fight." I lied. "You Romano's love fights huh? Who'd he fight?" He laughed.

His laugh became a frequent thing to hear. It was light and easy every time. His nose scrunched and his eyes closed as his lips parted to let out his pretty laugh. "Some random person at the bar past the highway. His name was Adam's or something." I said hoping he'd listen to my hint. He just shrugged his shoulders and looked at me with a soothing smile. "Let me take you out, really this time." I started to close the door in his face but he crammed his foot in before I could. "Sunday 8pm I'll pick you. No, I'm not giving you an option." I raised an eyebrow and felt my lip curl into a smirk. "What about your psycho girlfriend?"

"She's psycho. Not a girlfriend."
