Francesca's point of view.

I knocked on Mrs.Greene's door before opening to see her peeped for surgery. She was in the room alone as I walked up to her bedside. "Ruby Greene, are we ready to do this?" I asked handing her the consensual form which she signed right away. "Dr. Romano, I'm putting my faith in you." She said with a smile. "I hope you are." I said taking back the papers. "I just want this over with. My headaches have been a burden to me and my family forever and now my fiancé. I hope you can help me walk down that aisle to him." She warmed my heart. Though I hated when people would give me a story before surgery, because it put pressure on me, I'm happy for her. That she had found a love like this. A love we all wish for.

"We walk down the street and get cry looks and it doesn't bother me. I love Kenny with all I am." Her husband walked in and waved at me before sitting on the other side of her bed and kissing her softly. "Is she ready for you, my love?" He asked, nervously. "I'm going to try my absolute hardest to make sure you guys see each other at the end of the day." They nodded as nurses came in and transported her to the OR for me.

I washed my hands all the way up to my elbows, put gloves and everything else I needed before walking over to her. "Thank you." Ruby told me before going to sleep from the anesthetic. "Not a sound or you're out." I said to everyone in the room. Once again I stood in this dark room with only one light that flashed on my patient's head that was cut open, allowing me to see the beauty of what we call a brain. I felt my heart was sore for Ruby. No noise, no movement, just us two. Though there were clearly other people in the room with me I made sure they all knew if there was one sound they would be out and miss out on the experience happening in here. Looking at this beautiful tumor, It was life or death. I took a deep breath before moving the scalpel deeper making my incision wider.

It's been only a few hours and I was about to close up when Ruby's heart rate started to drop, and drop fast. I was scared, I did everything right, nothing was wrong. I checked everywhere I touched and re-did my steps in my head. I thought and thought and thought. I could do any more thing I had to move fast. I carefully turned Ruby's head and looked around until the back of her brain was covered in Astrocytomas. "How did we miss a tumor this big?" I tried my best to start taking it out but it was no use. Flatline. Ruby Greene had just died on my table. "Time of death, 20:17." My nurse said as she took the scalpel out of my hand. I closed my eyes and sighed thinking of all the things she had said to me. Time of death's we're always the ones to humble me. To show me I wasn't god.

I washed my hands and walked out. I looked over to the waiting room and saw Kenny sitting impatiently. I cracked my fingers and neck, stretching and building the courage to walk over to him. "Mr. Greene?" He immediately got out of his seat and looked at me. "So? Is she okay?" I could tell he was holding his breath as he waited for an answer. He was so pale. "She didn't make it, I'm so sorry." He let out a sigh and all the color in his face returned. "Thank you doctor." My eyebrows dipped on command in confusion. "Do you know when I can see the will or do I have to ask her lawyer?" I scoffed as he crossed his arms in all seriousness. "Your Fiancé is dead." I repeated. "Yea I heard you the first time. You didn't think I was actually waiting for her to come out of this alive to marry her? I just want the money, the lady's loaded." He shrugged his shoulders. I put my hands up and walked away before daring to say anything else.

I shook my head and made my way to the elevator and to the top floor. I walked down the dimmed hallway again and went to the end where King's room was. Reid was sitting on the chair loading his gun and King was on the bed loading the mag with bullets. I waved at Reid and he winked before looking back up to King as I sat down on the edge of the bed. No one said anything and just kept looking at each other. "I think we're past secrets in this relationship." I said pointing and making a triangle between the three of us. "I just got here and haven't said a word, we've been doing this long enough to talk without talking." Reid said, looking back down to his gun.

"No cameras and the wiring is completely different from the rest of the hospital." I shrugged. "That's sketchy." He said as King laughed. "I have a high clientele." I smiled. "We found Halston, where he's hiding out." I just wanted one normal day. "You guys have a plan?" King stood up and gave his gun to Reid. He stood up as well and hugged him, patting his back. "Get well soon bitch." He said walking out with a laugh. "I can't know the plan?" I asked, looking up to King. "Don't have one for you to know yet."

Okay no plan but we know where he's hiding out, that's a good thing, progress. "So?" He asked, standing between my thighs. "You walked in upset, why?" I pulled my hair out of its bun and pulled a quick smile. "You saw that?" I chuckled. "This old lady died on me thinking she was loved and was going to get married; but the guy just wanted her will." I rubbed my eyes as I yawned. "I can't believe he would do that, it's so upsetting." I leaned my head on his chest and he ran his hands down my back. "This is on me, my accountability. I wish I could scrub my mind of today, King."

"I'm sure you did everything you could." He put his hand under my chin lifting my head to look at him. "I may not be able to scrub your mind of today but I could help you forget." I smirked at him as I kicked my lips and put my hands underneath his shirt, feeling his warmth on me. "You feeling up to it?" He bent down and brushed his lips against mine. "Feeling up to you? Always." He pushed my back on the bed and climbed on top of me as I pulled my scrub top off. He placed soft kisses on my stomach as he ripped off my pants. The feeling of despair was washed away by the feeling of pure lust and a little more. He ran his hands down my sides to the straps of my thong and pulled them off.

A soft whimper escaped me as his tongue flicked on my clit. His hands gripped my thighs and placed my legs over his shoulder as he sucked on my throbbing pussy. I threw my head back on the pillows and curled my toes. As his wet tongue began to make sloppy moves on my clit, I arched my back, lifting my hips and slowly grinding myself onto him. I pushed my hand into his soft hair and carefully pulled on it, rolling my eyes back. I bit my lip and moaned softly as I felt his tongue thrust into my cunt. He slowly rolled his touch up and down inside of me. A sweet feeling built in my lower stomach as I crossed my legs around his neck and arched my back some more. I pulled my hand out of his hair and balled up the sheets in my hands. He slowly moved his hands up my thighs and down to my ass.

I didn't hold myself back as he moved up to suck on my wet, pumping clit again. I felt no shame as I came into his mouth. I was a whimpering mess as he dragged his tongue up my pussy. I uncrossed my legs around his neck and laid them out, tired as he came up to my face, holding my jaw open as he spit into my mouth. I swallowed, and he kissed me, biting my lip pushing his tongue into my mouth as I sucked in his softly and moaned. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him down into me. I could feel his dick, hard through his sweats as he slowly grinds himself between my legs. His hand cupped my breast and groaned as he kissed me harder.

King rubbed his dick against my clit, only his sweats and boxers between us.
