Kings point of view

It's been about a day since I've seen the doctor and my head feels like it's spinning. I could've told her about that night. I could've been the bad guy who took advantage. But instead I kept my mouth shut and promised I'd see her again. Now that I've seen her again several times now, she doesn't even remember me. I was so close to her the other day I felt her breath on me. I was so close, I could have touched her. I was patient, acting like I was just as drunk and didn't remember the most beautiful girl I've seen. I can barely drive my truck, I swear it still smells like her. I can't go back to that section of my club because I remember her sitting on my lap and begging that she couldn't feel my dick that straining to touch her.

Now I sit in my living room as my tv watches me think about this girl. She thinks I could hurt her. I want to warn her about Reid but what will I say. That I want you instead and he's playing games. She despises me. I could see it in her eyes. I didn't know how to talk like Reid did and now that's shutting me out from her. Reid, she trusts a bit. He was consistent while If I didn't get what I wanted I dropped it.

In a few days I'll be leaving for Germany and I have no idea when I'll be back or if I have the intentions of coming back. I live an hour from her. I've been purposely putting myself in her way for no reason really. I know if she wanted she could just look me in the eye and tell exactly what I was after but honestly she was blocking me out. She didn't want to remember me. I know it.

I stood up and walked around my suitcases waiting to be loaded into my car and made my way to the kitchen. I pulled out a glass and bottle of Whiskey and poured some of the drink into the glass. My phone rang in my pocket and when I pulled it out it was the one and only Reid. I answered and shrugged my shoulders, taking the bottle instead of the glass. "What?" I asked him.

"Why are you always in a bad mood bro?" I sat back onto the couch and placed him on speaker and laid the phone on my shirtless chest. "Anyways, want to hit this diner later? I heard the food is pretty good." I could tell he was driving by the revving of his engine and wind blowing on the other side. "Don't you have that annual movie marathon with Gabby?" I asked as I took a sip from the bottle. "That's why she texted me asking for a time for later. Okay rain check on that food?" He asked in a hurry. "Yeah sure little bro." I laughed. "Your seconds older King." He said hanging up.

I didn't tell Reid about me leaving yet since I'm not sure. Though he probably would have forgotten, he's not the brightest bulb of them all. Always making plans and forgetting about them. I took another long sip out of the bottle and sat up. "I want pancakes." I said. I looked over my clean and spotless kitchen and did not want to mess it up. I grabbed my keys off the counter and looked at the spare key to Reid's house. "Reid likes doing dishes I hope." It was half past seven so I'd make it by eight. Him and Gabby should be gone by then. I put on a shirt and turned off all the lights in my house before making my way to my truck. I took in a deep breath and sighed. I shook my head and got out taking my car instead.

By the time I got to Reid's place all the lights were off and his garage door was open. I parked inside and closed the door behind, walking into the cold house. I haven't been here in a minute, he's obviously got some things done. I took off my shoes and walked to the kitchen. It was just as clean as mine. His granite countertops were crystal clean. I looked in his fridge and took everything I would need to make the pancakes. I got white chocolate chips from his cabinets and gathered everything on the counter. I threw my shirt onto the chair and started blasting music from my phone.

I had already made a few pancakes when I heard the door ring. I grabbed the plate and started eating some as I basically slid my way to the door in my socks. I opened the door and looked down to my surprise. "On time like I said." Her voice echoed in my ears as I checked my watch. She wasn't looking up at me so she thought I was Reid. "On time for what?" I asked and took another bite of the pancakes.

"Are you joking?" She asked, finally looking up to me as I raised an eyebrow. "King." She whispered. She was in a red dress that was covered by a denim jacket. I looked down to her legs and noticed how short the dress really is. If I were to drop a pen and make her pick it up I'd get such a sight from the back. "Reid's not home right now." I said through a bite of food. She went to turn away but I stopped her. "Want pancakes?"

She hesitated and looked down at the plate of half eaten pancakes before nodding. I opened the door all the way and let her slide in. I watched her as she walked to the kitchen and sat down on one of the bar stools. "The Weeknd?" She looked at my phone. "What can I say? I have taste."
