Chapter 14: Memories Before

Fourteenth chapter done.  I'm bored and tired, maybe that's why I'm working on this?

Anyways, lately I've been reading a webtoon called "I'm the only own with genius DNA" I like it, so far it has 74 chapters.  I'm re-reading it, it's pretty good, and highly recommend it.  I feel like I'm learning more from webtoons and anime than I am in school.  I remember one time in one of my night classes, it was astronomy.  The professor asked us about the thirteen constellation, and if anyone knew about it.

I wanted to raise my hand, and say it was Ophiuchus.  At that time Fairy Tail was in the episodes where Ophiuchus had come up, it was still ongoing with that one.

Anyways, I didn't say anything because he said, "and also how did you know" I didn't want to say I heard it from an anime, and besides I wasn't sure if it was really Ophiuchus or not.  It was Ophiuchus in the end.

And also, the anime I have been watching "Cells at work: Code Black" and "Cells at work" I'm learning more than I did in biology class.  And now I'm all, "I know that" whenever I'm watching documentaries on t.v about doctors and such.

And also there's a webtoon called "From the Grave and Back" there's some financial accounting stuff mentioned and shown there, and I had a total flash back of when I was in Financial Accounting for the Spring and Fall Semester of 2021.

The same can be said for "Shokugeki no Souma" I was in Culinary Arts for two years, and while watching the anime I was all, "I know that!" "Yep, that's true."

Once they packed their clothing and a few other items they wanted to bring along with them, they left with the car waiting for them outside.

They had come to an agreement, that their grandfather's house would not be sold.  That it would be in their name.

The home they were born in and the home they grew up in, both houses were theirs to keep.  It was never verbally said to each other, but it was enough for them both to understand.

The houses were a place for Shina to return to for the day that Yuuji would no longer be there.  From what he could see, Yuuji knew that the day he died, was the day that Shina would leave the world of curses and live in the house with their memories.

But he could be wrong and maybe Shina would stay and fight.  Fight to get stronger and eventually get to those elders she seems to despise with all her being.  To get her revenge and ruin them from the inside out.

~Eight Years Ago~

Seven-year-old Yuuji and four-year-old Shina, sat together as they watched their grandfather open the letters and read them one by one.

It had been one year since their parents had died.  It had been ten days before Yuuji's sixth birthday, and Shina had been two, almost three since her birthday was in the coming month.

Unlike the year before, Yuuji and Shina had a small birthday party for each of their birthdays.  But rather than a birthday it was more of a simple regular day, the only difference was the cake and a present for them each.
