"Ah... there you are. I was starting to think you wouldn't show up." Shigaraki commented as he saw Yami emerge from the bushes along with Todoroki following behind her. "I was getting bored of fighting the same people, especially with All Might here... well he's almost dead anyway."

Yami looked over to see both her teachers under near-death circumstances caused by Shigaraki's main weapon in his fight: A Nomu. He glared at the man who still had his gaze fixed on her.

"I heard from your little minions. What the hell do you want from me?" Her voice was not her natural, sarcastic tone. No, it was pure venom that spat back at the villain.

"Speaking so boldly about such a sensitive topic in front of your classmates? Very well, there's no point in hiding your true identity anymore."

"True identity? Hah, you must be some kind of mad man if you think I have another motive. I don't."

"You and I both know very well you shouldn't be here. You don't belong."

"I don't know what the hell you're talking about villain scum." Yami's eyes narrowed as she witnessed Shigaraki chuckling. Her obliviousness was killing him in a humorous way.

"You're a villain, Kurayami. You always have been, and always will be."

"Okay, that's enough talk from you, Crusty!" Before Yami was able to launch her quirk at him, All Might had finally finished off the Nomu that he was stuck in battle with. Punching it out of USJ using all his strength.

This made Shigaraki extremely disappointed.

But in a shock from All Might's greatness, a sharp pain shot through Yami's head from the inside. It pulsed with each beat, and it made her head drive mad, causing her to collapse to the ground. Everyone else was too distracted with the continued fight going on between All Might and Shigaraki, and not even to notice that the Pro's arrived.

Todoroki Shoto was the only one to notice her fall, which he immediately went to her side, noticing how much she was in pain. He attempted to have Yami's arm over his shoulder so he could help her up, but it was almost impossible. Her arms were glued to her head, her hands clutching her hair as she was in excruciating pain.

That was when he noticed a certain red chip flashing rapidly on her left temple. It clicked with him immediately.

Mori.

???

I slowly opened my eyes. My head felt like it was on fire, but it also felt super light. I fixed my position and sat up, only to see that I was surrounded by complete darkness.

"Hello?" Where was I? What happened to me?

Did I... die? Is this what death looks like? No, it would be a light environment, not a dark one.

I don't remember what or how I got here. I stood up, and kept calling out to see if anyone had heard me. This all had to be a dream, right? Just one bad dream, and I would wake up in my bed at home with Keigo waiting for me. Oh please no, this can't be happening.

"You heard him, Kurayami." I knew that voice. I knew that voice all too well. His voice sounded the same as how I last remembered it. Cold, harsh, irritated, and terrifying.

A twisted man I haven't heard in forever.

Father. He had no figure that revealed himself to me, it was just his haunting voice that echoed throughout the darkness.

"You shouldn't be attending a hero school, because you are no hero." His voice was the epitome of ungodly. "You will never be a hero, my creation.

You killed people, remember? He will be proud." I frantically covered my ears in order to prevent from hearing anymore of his bullshit. I couldn't listen to any of it, until I saw a figure emerge from the dark clouds of despair.
