I was just staring at the clock in my last period waiting for the bell to ring. Summer was only seven minutes away.

"Three, two..." I whispered "one!!" I hopped out of my seat then Juliet and I ran out of the classroom together. We went to our lockers, put in our combinations and then we went to the bus.

"This is going to be a good summer." I insisted

"Yeah it is." Juliet replied while throwing her arms up and almost dropping her phone.

When I got home dad was vlogging about how their little boy was going to be so cute and they were excited for Ollie to have a best friend. I said hi, took my shoes off, and then ran upstairs. I texted Juliet

Me: wanna go on a walk
Juliet: sure
Me: I'll be over in 5
Juliet: no I'll come over
Me: ok...

Juliet came over then we left. "Bye going on a walk around the block" I said then left

As we walked outside I seen we had people across the street moving in. Mom, dad, two girls and and two boys, just a big family. We walked across the street and then we walked across to seem creepy and stalkish. I seen one of the girls and they looked familiar... I looked closer. It was Casey my friend from the orphanage!! I've been friends with her my whole life!!

"Casey!!" I yelled
She looked at me while blocking the sun from her eyes
"Annalise?" She said confused

I ran towards her while she did to me too. It was like one of those dramatic flickchick romances. We hugged for the longest time. We both cried and hugged! I was so happy my lifelong best friend was back in my life.
