"So this is it..." Sunoo spoke lightly. "We're no longer idols."
"Seems like it." Heeseung agreed.
The atmosphere was strange. No one was crying, but it was still just as miserable as if they all were. You could feel the hopelessness dripping off them, like they had just come in from the rain. What were they supposed to do now? The world was a lot scarier, when you have no idea where to go next.
"Do we just go then? There's nothing here I want to keep." Sunoo felt the emptiness in his hand, as he darted his eyes to Riki. The boy kept his gaze to the floor, and for some reason, Sunoo found this quite foreboding.
"We could go to our regular spot." Heeseung suggested, quickly noticing Sunoo's attention was elsewhere. He also looked to Riki, feeling a similar sense that something bad was about to happen. "Riki? Everything alright?"
"You go ahead of me, I have something I need to do." Riki muttered, not looking at either boy.
This response only made the two more concerned.
"Whatever it is, I'm sure it can wait." Heeseung responded.
Sunoo took a step towards the boy, but he instantly took a step back. Sunoo tried to keep a comforting smile on his face, though it proved hard through his worry. "Lets go meet up with everyone, okay?"
Riki violently shook his head, sucking in a deep breath. "I have to go."
"Riki? You're scaring me, what's going on?"
"I know who did this." Riki slowly lifted his head, breath heavy, he darted his gaze between the two boys in front of him. "He can't get away with what he's done. I won't let him." Before either could respond, Riki turned, and ran down the corridor.
Sunoo was barely processing what Riki had said, when Heeseung grabbed his arm. "We have to stop him."
It's like he snapped back into reality.
The two boys did their best to catch up, but the younger was way faster than they were. As they got to the elevators, the left side doors shut, taking Riki with them. Sunoo frantically pressed the button, but it was no use, the doors didn't open again. He moved across to the second elevator, which opened in quick succession.
"Hurry please." Sunoo begged the elevator. This may have been the slowest elevator ride he had ever been on.
They watched the numbers change, praying that they would just go faster. Every time the elevator stopped at a different floor, Heeseung immediately pressed the 'shut doors' button. He felt bad for the people waiting, but Riki was more important.
As they finally reached the ground floor, Sunoo sprinted out of the elevator, with Heeseung close behind. He pushed his way out of the main doors, to the sound of crackling thunder. His body stepped out into the torrential downpour, and before he could get drenched, Heeseung pulled him back inside.
"We should split up, it'll be easier to find him." Sunoo was clearly agitated, his desire to find Riki could not be missed.
Heeseung knew Sunoo was right, but taking one glance outside, made him worry it wasn't a good idea. "It's nearly dark, and it's tipping it down. We should stay together."
"But we have a better chance at finding him if we split up. Come on, we can't waste time." Sunoo tried to exit the building, but was once again pulled back by Heeseung.
"Trust me Sunoo, it's safer if we stick together. We have no idea what mess Riki's got himself into, I'd rather you be with me, then by yourself." Heeseung had a sinking feeling that this was going to be dangerous, so he did not want Sunoo on his own. However, he did agree that they needed to get a move on. They were the closest to where Riki was, the longer they took, the further away he would get. "Call Sunghoon."
Sunoo nodded, pulling out his phone, and dialing his boyfriends number. It rang for a couple seconds.
"Hey, how did it go?"
"Well-"
Sunoo felt the phone taken from his hand. He looked over to Heeseung, who had seemingly called someone on his own phone as well.
"Guys, I just need you to listen. Riki's ran off, and I'm pretty sure he's about to do something really stupid. We need your help in finding him, so get searching as soon as you can. I'm hanging up now."
Heeseung ended both calls, handing Sunoo back his phone. "Jake and Sunghoon both have cars; they'll be able to cover more ground. I'll call Jay quick, then we'll go." He swiped through his contacts in such a rush, that he kept pressing the wrong things. Eventually he found Jay's number, quickly pressing the call button. "Riki's ran off, can you go out and look for him?"
"Yeah, me and Wonnie will go out now."
"Okay, but don't let Jungwon off on his own, I think we might be walking into something dangerous here."
"It's that bad? thanks for the heads up."
Heeseung ended the call. "Lets go."

The rain couldn't stop him; nothing could now.
His body was overtaken in rage and anguish, with a hunger for revenge. This had gone too far, and there was no way he was about to let these assholes get away with what they had done. He could take the endless taunting, he could take the harsh shoves and them spitting on him, he could even take the destruction of his own career.
What he couldn't take, was people messing with his friends. The whole world could turn against him, but he knew, there would always be people standing by his side. Those people didn't deserve their career's ruined; they didn't deserve being tarred with the same brush.
He loved his friends more than anything else on earth.
He could ignore the anger, but he couldn't ignore the people he loved suffering. So he fueled the rage, turning into a version of himself, no one could love. Seoul could change him all it wanted, but it was his choice of who he wanted to be. He wanted to be strong, he wanted to be brave, he wanted to be powerful.
It must have felt nice for those guys, having all the power. Well, Riki intended to change that, for he had nothing to lose. A smashed window was the least of there concerns.
He was ready to show them what a real psycho looked like.
