The knocking just wouldn't stop. Riki tried to ignore it, and get more sleep, but it was never ending. He really needed this nap, school had drained every last bit of energy he had. Though, he found himself stumbling towards the door anyway, hoping to shoo away whoever this annoying visitor was.
As the door opened, Mi-Sun scoffed, seeing the state of the boys apartment. She'd heard rumors about how bad it was, but this exceeded her expectations.
"What'd you want?" Riki groaned, rubbing his eyes.
"That's not the way you greet your big sister." Mi-Sun pushed past the sleepy boy, stepping into the gross apartment. From old food boxes, to dirty underwear, this place had it all. Including rats- probably. "This is vile..."
"It's not that bad."
Mi-Sun shot him a judgmental look, crossing her arms. "It's awful Riki. Thank goodness we're getting you out of here."
"Out of here? What do you mean?" Riki asked, cocking a brow.
"You're moving out, specifically today, and more specifically right now." Mi-Sun replied, walking over to Riki's bed. She crouched down, pulling a suitcase from under the piece of furniture. "Ah, just like at your house."
This wasn't the first time she had helped Riki pack. Their families had gone on a couple joint vacations, which is when she learnt the boy was incapable of packing for himself.
"Wait...rewind, where the hell am I moving too?!"
"Jake's apartment."
Riki's eyes widened, as his heart beat doubled. He suddenly had no care for Mi-Sun messing with his stuff, all he could think about, was Jake.
"Why?"
"I don't know, he just asked me to help you move cause he's busy."
Move in with Jake, couldn't be the worst thing on earth. Though, he really questioned why Jake would make this decision, out of the blue. Could it have been his recent behavior? Did he see him as some kid who needed supervision? He really hoped not, but it wouldn't surprise him.

"Now this is heaven!" Mi-Sun squealed running through Jake's apartment, collapsing backwards onto the couch.
There was a drastic change between this place, and the previous one. First of all, it was spotless, no mess, not even a spec of dust in sight. It was decorated by someone who clearly had a shred of taste, and it didn't have that teenage boy scent that burnt your lungs.
Riki rolled his eyes, putting down the box he was carrying on the breakfast bar. Mi-Sun may have been a bit dramatic, but this place was nice. A wide open living area, attached to the kitchen. Tall, crystal clear windows, pouring in sunlight. Furniture that didn't look like it had been bought at a dump. Jake was living it up.
"Get up." Riki groaned, walking over to the couch. He flicked Mi-Sun's forehead, causing the girl to bolt upright, clutching the sore spot. "We need to unpack."
"And when did you get so proactive?" Mi-Sun asked, a sly smirk creeping onto her face. "Wanna impress someone?"
"Huh? What are you talking about?"
"Oh don't play dumb, I know you like Jak-mm"
Mi-Sun's words muffled, as Riki slapped his hand over her mouth.
"Shut up!" He shouted, frantically looking around the apartment.
Mi-Sun pulled Riki's hand off her face, laughing at the flustered boy. "He's not here idiot."
"How do you even know?" Riki huffed, darting his eyes to the floor.
"Well he told me." Mi-Sun said innocently.
"Ugh I'm not talking about that. I want to know, how you know, I like Jake."
"Sunghoon figured it out first, then he told Sunoo, and Sunoo obviously told me."
Of course, secrets never stay secrets for long in his friend group. He'd never spoken once about liking Jake, and somehow, three people knew. He could handle that, as long as Jake didn't know.
"I didn't realize you liked boys-"
"I don't like boys, I only like Jake."
Laughter erupted from Mi-Sun, as Riki watched with furrowed brows. The girl toppled over, clutching at her stomach, still laughing her head off.
"It's not funny." Riki pouted.
"Um...yes i-it is." Mi-Sun spoke through her laughter. "You s-sound so...stupid."
"It's not stupid, it's how I feel. I've never liked boys, I mean it when I say I only like him." Riki tired to explain, with Mi-Sun slowly composing herself.
"Okay pipe down." Mi-Sun giggled. "I get it, and you don't need to like other boys. I just don't wanna hear any of that stupid cliche shit from you. So, tell me about Jake."
"But you already know Jake." Riki replied, kind of confused.
"I know my version of Jake, not your version of Jake. I want to know what you see in him, trust me, it'll be cute."
Riki took a second to think, grabbing a pillow from beside him, he placed it in his lap, settling comfortably on the sofa. "It's weird to think about, cause I can't say when I started liking him. I felt really alone when I came to Seoul, school was hard, training was rough, and I didn't have any friends other than you guys. I guess I latched onto him, he was kind, sweet, and looked after me, even though we didn't know each other that well."
"Aww that's adorable." Mi-Sun smiled, as a rosy pink colour flushed Riki's cheeks. "You should confess."
"No I could never, that would be so embarrassing." Riki said, clutching his pillow tighter. "How would I even do it? How did Heeseung confess to you?"
"Honestly, he just asked me out a lot, and I kept rejecting him. Then one day he came to my house, basically outed Sunoo, and weaponized his struggles against me. So, I'd refrain from doing that."
"Wait, when the hell did that happen?"
"Did you not read the first book? Whatever, it doesn't matter anyway. Heeseung can be a dick sometimes, but it didn't stop me from falling for him." Mi-Sun chuckled, getting back on topic. "You just need to go for it, if Jake likes you, then great. If he doesn't, it's not the end of the world."
"Ahh I can't, it's too scary." Riki moaned, diving his face into the pillow.
Mi-Sun shook her head, gently patting the boys back. Confessing isn't easy, but it's better than never knowing how your crush feels. If Riki was going to live with Jake, his feelings would only grow stronger. Thus making the pain of not being with the one he liked, so much worse.

I still haven't decided if I want Yunki to be endgame yet. Like they're cute but I can't decide, I'm a really indecisive person, so who knows what I'll choose.
Also I'd appreciate if people voted on the chapters, I really appreciate it!
