7: Liquor

Marthae's POV

We arrived at the cafe after thirty minutes of driving. She drove using her car while me using my vehicle of course.

I'm still in shock about what she just said.

Does she really mean it? I mean, I'm still in the process of absorbing about it.

Napahinto ako sa paglalakad nung huminto ito, nasa likod niya kasi ako nakasunod sa kaniya.

"Are you even listening?" She faced me with an irritated look. Nataranta ako bigla.

Hindi ko man lang namalayang nagsasalita na pala itong kasama ko dahil hindi panga ako makapaniwala sa sinabi niya diba? Duh kasalanan niya naman 'to, not mine.

"Ha? Ah.. eh..." Napakamot ako sa batok at hindi masalubong ang kaniyang tingin dahil medyo natakot ako sa iritable niyang mukha.

"Oh my gosh, I would've fired you right away if only I don't know you. Tell me, am I really right in hiring you?" Nakataas pa ang isang kilay niyang nakatingin sa'kin.

Damn, I should get a hold of myself and focus. I can't lose this job.

I cleared my mind before giving her an apologitic look then I sigh.

"I'm sorry I just can't absorb what you said. I'm still shock and still can't believe it. What were you saying again? I'm all ears now and I swear I'll do my best to be deserving for this job." Mahabang sabi ko habang sinalubong ang kaniyang tingin.

I saw how her face soften before she released a sigh.

"Okay okay. As I was saying you won't work here in the cafe-." Before she can finish I reacted immediately.

"What?! I mean, please give me a chance-." Binigyan niya ako ng matalim na tingin tsaka din niya pinutol ang sasabihin ko.

"Will you please let me finish my sentence?!" She said and her voice kinda raise that made me look away as I felt my heart beat rising.

Damn it she's cute as hell. I can't believe that I'm blushing right now because of how cute she is.

The way her voice raise and the fact that she has a soft voice made her sound like her voice is naipit plus how hot she is when frowning.. I've gone mad and this is not good.

"Isa Marthae." Hindi pa nakatulong ang pagbabanta niya kasi lalo lang atang kumabong ang puso ko nung tinawag niya ang pangalan ko.

Pilit kong binalewala ang epekto niya sa'kin at sinalubong ulit ang kaniyang tingin.

"O-okay continue." Nanghihina kong sabi. Inirapan lang ako nito bago nagsalita.

"Okay as I was saying, you won't work in the cafe. Instead you will work as a waiter in the bar." Wait what? Bar?

Nakita niya ata ang naguguluhan kong mukha kaya tumango ito at nagpatuloy.

"Yes bar. If you don't know yet, there's a bar beside this cafe that is connected to that door." Then she pointed the door that is also beside the door through her office.

Hindi ko man nga lang namalayan na may katabing pintuan pala ang office niya.

"I owned both cafe and the bar. You will work there as a waiter not an escort don't worry, besides I don't have something like that in my own bar. Bawal ding bastusin ang sino sa mga staff ko." Napatango ako.

I'm not really sure because she might get sued when someone will know that I'm still a minor and she let me work in her bar but good thing that I'm not that exposed to public. Only my relatives know about my real age..
