38: Zenith's I

Zenith's Pov

"Dad, what's her name?" I asked dad as I am staring at the little girl who's holding a sketch book and a pencil.

Kanina pa siya gan'yan. Nakayuko while sketching something, she doesn't even care to those people around her. She has her own world and I don't know but something in me got triggered of getting her attention.

I haven't seen her full feature so I don't know what she fully looks like but even though I can only see her side view, she's really gorgeous.

Her green orbs or is it amber? I can't define what color is it but one thing is sure, she got my attention.

Her pointed nose that I want to pinch and her well shaped face.

We're at the party but why the heck is she sketching at this place? Although, she has the same eyes with tito Karl and tito Kear.

My dad, tito kear and his twin, tito Karl, they are best buddies. I haven't meet tito Karl's son and tito Kear's son and daughter.

"Who?" My dad asked back.

"The beautiful girl there, holding a sketch book and a pencil. Who is she?" My dad roamed his eyes to see who I am talking about and when he saw who I'm pertaining to, he gave me a smile.

"That is Marthae. Marthae Reniella, beautiful name isn't it? Just like her." Indeed.

Her name sound so expensive and she does look like one. Her name perfectly fits her. I think I like her already. I want her to be my friend.

I'm not a friendly type of person but she just captured my attention. That's why, I want to befriend with her.

"That is also your tito Kear's daughter." Oh, so that answers why they have some similar feature, especially their eyes.

"I want her to be my friend, dad. It is okay?" I asked innocently.

My dad chuckled.

"Of course, I'm sure you both will get along easily." My face lit up by whay my daddy said but I eventually pouted.

"I don't know how to approach her, dad. She didn't even lift up her face ever since she arrived in here. Only her sketch book is the thing that she gives attention." I keep on pouting, shy also.

I don't really know how to socialize. I don't have any friends at school either. I prefer to be alone but having her beside me, I think is not a bad idea.

"Marthae is really a shy person but you won't lose anything if you'll try." My dad give me an encouraging words that gave me a little strength.

I started walking towards her, she's not that far, and since this is a garden party, an exclusive and luxurious garden party rather, she's just sitting under the tree.

I am slowly walking towards her direction. Nakita ko kung paano umangat at tingin niya and roamed her eyes around. As her gaze landed mine, I froze to where I am standing.

I am standing near her, few meters away. I became stunned after seeing her fully. I almost ran out of breath because of the stare she's giving.

I thought they have the same eyes with tito Kear and tito Karl, but I was wrong. Her are more beautiful, dazzling and mesmerizing. She got a unique eyes.

If tito Kear's and tito Karl's have both green orbs, hers have a hint of amber, depending on the light.

Her face is beautiful, she's like a goddess. Have a well pointed nose and beautifully sculptured lips, it even look so soft.

I'm starting to get confuse by my own self. Why the heck is ny heart beating so fast? So fast that I feel like I'll collapse any sooner but I sound so exaggerated.
