Most of the chapters are the same, some of them have had parts omitted, and others are longer than before. All in all, I hope you enjoyed reading it. I'm not sure if I'd ever write a follow up to this, I like how it finished.
Another open ending I guess? You can imagine them turning the world into Itachi's dream if you'd like, or they can just help smaller villages, whichever you prefer.
