Amy's pov
Just a few more miles and I am there, this trip has been crazy but I need to get away from everyone. I will miss my family and the few friends that I have, but this is what I need to do. Life has not been nice to me back at what was my home.
I pressed harder on the gas pedal just a little speeding up to get away from everything faster.
When I pulled into the parking lot I took a deep breath. I did it. I made it to the ferry, now I just need to load my car onto the boat and float away.
I jumped out of my old jeep looking around.
"Can I help you?" A female asked as she walked over to me.
"Hi, I am Amy, I have a spot on the ferry." I smiled at her.
"Great! I will take your keys and load your car on. It is too dangerous to have you guys do it." She gave me a small smile.
"Okay, um, where do I go?"
"Anywhere you want to be on the boat, just make sure you are on the boat soon. You are the last person we are waiting on."
"Sorry, this is a last minute trip. I just grabbed what I could and drove away."
"Not a lot of people pick this island as a last minute trip."
"Well, when your now ex boss gives your promotion to a guy because he feels that having a penis makes you smarter in everything causing you to yell at him and throw stuff at him telling him you quit and now you don't know what to do with your life. You pick anything that is open."
"Ouch, I am so sorry about that."
"Thanks, um here are my keys I will just hang out on the boat." I gave her my keys then headed to the water.
The Ferry is not that bad, there are not a lot of people on here so I can hide and play on my phone.

They drove my jeep off of the boat for me and parked it in a easy spot for me.
"Remember, on the island you can only go 25 mph." The lady said to me.
"Got it. Thank you so much!"
The drive to my new house took me deep into the island. The road turned into a dirt path with trees on each side making me feel like I am in the jungle. Finally, I pulled into my drive way.
"Now, I just have to put everything away myself, find a job, and find a way to live on an island in the middle of nowhere." I sighed.
Mark's pov
"What do you want?" I asked Tyler as he walked into my office.
"There is a new girl on the island."
"Okay, and?" I looked up at him from my computer.
"She is not from here."
"That is what new means." I rolled my eyes. "Did you really come in here to tell me this?"
"Yes, and to drag you out of this room to go get some food with me. I know we both don't need to hunt but the people here haven't seen you in a while and they are talking."
"That is part of the plan, they need to think I am working on leaving. I have been on this island too long. Soon people will question why I have not aged."
"Well then let's go out and have dinner at the ocean side restaurant. They will see you which will start up the talking on the island and you will be able to tell one person that you are leaving which will mean that the whole island will know."
