Mark's pov
"Honey everything is going to be okay." I said as I put my shirt on.
"I know, I know that you have been in fights before and you have won and lost some. But I just have a bad feeling about tonight." Amy said walking over to me, she had her arms folded across her chest.
"That is because I have a on going beef with Kyle. Kyle will not go easy on me tonight and I will not go easy on him."
"That could be."
"Come here." I said low as I opened my arms, she walked over letting me hold her. "I know that this fight will be scary, but I am ready to knock him out."
"This is real fighting. One of you will be going to the hospital, I know that you can and will kick his ass but what if he cheats? He always does."
"I have Mikey watching him."
"But what if Mikey doesn't see anything?"
"Then the ref will see it. Honey please, relax. I know you are scared but this fight is going to happen. People have been betting on this fight for months. We have done the promo shots for it and the interviews. It is going to happen."
"You almost snapped his neck at the promo." She said low.
"He called you a horrible name."
"I know, they had to separate you by having four men pulling at you." She giggled.
"Tonight, there will be no one to pull me off of him. He will pay for every horrible thing he said about you and our kids. He is a punk ass loser who will be taken care of tonight. I am not letting him walk out of that ring."
"Down boy." She giggled looking up at me.
"Sorry, he just gets under my skin."
"I know."
We stayed in each other arms not saying a word until it was time to leave.
I helped Amy into the car then threw my bag in the back.
"The kids will be sleeping over Jenny's house for the next two nights. So whatever happens, happens." I said as I got into the driver seat and headed to work.
"I hope the guys get drunk enough where they mistake their low amount bills for higher amounts."
"If the other fights are shit then they will want to drink more."
"I looked at the line up the other night, they are a few up and coming that I don't even know their names. Raven and Barry are getting their match, and Ramsey and Roth. Then you and Kyle at the end."
"So during the up and coming that is when people will be ordering drinks and food."
We talked more on who we think are going to win the fights and the latest drama. When we got there I headed to the locker room as she headed to the bar. I gave her a kiss before we left each other.
Amy's pov
"Hey girl." Mandy said as I clocked in.
"Hey, you ready for tonight?" I asked smiling.
"Your hubby and Kyle's fight? Oh yeah. We are sold out, including standing room only."
"Ugh, so many people." I went to my locker and got ready for our shift.
"So many tips!"
"I know, but I am just thinking of everyone in that area."
"Girl, with the money he makes on these fights, you don't have to work."
