Teen mom
***********************************************************************************************************
Amy's pov"Momma is right here baby, I am not leaving you." I said as I rocked my daughter hopefully back to sleep. The people upstairs dropped something and woke her up. After a few moments she went back to sleep. I laid her in her crib and left the room.
"I need to finish this homework before midnight." I sat at my bed and pulled the laptop onto of my lap. "Just a few 100 more words."
After an hour I sent the paper to my teacher, I do online schooling since it was hard for me to go to school with the baby. I live on my own, my parents are not happy that I have a child but it was my fault for having sex! They didn't kick me out but you can tell it was messing with our relationship. Once I told my child's father that I was with his kid he moved to a different state three days later. Luckily my best friend's parents own a little coffee shop and they hired me to help. I had a job before I got knocked up but it's not something safe to do when you are with child. I turned the laptop off and went to bed, I have to get up in a few hours to open the coffee shop.
When I woke up, I threw on my work clothes then got a bottle ready, As I was feeding her I backed her bag for daycare.
"Okay, bottles, diapers, a change of clothes and a few toys. Little one you are packed and ready to go."
I got her in the car then headed to daycare.
"Thank you for watching her so early!" I said getting out of the car.
"Oh it's no problem, she is such an easy baby," Hailey said waiting for me to hand her to her.
"I will be back after work to pick her up. Bye baby girl!"
Once they both were in the building I headed to work, I got there a few minutes early so I had enough time to count the drawer and clean up a little. Not a lot of people come in this early which is nice. After a few hours of working it was finally breakfast time. A few other workers came in and we got everyone's drinks made. After the rush, I was sent on break.
"How much longer until you graduate?" Peggy asked.
"A few more months, hopefully!"
"Hopefully?"
"Well, I have been turning my work in later and later since my daughter was born. I almost turned my paper in late last night because she was crying."
"You will do it."
"Thanks."
"Hey, there is that guy again."
We both looked and saw a regular at the counter.
"Mark. I waited on him the other day. He is so nice!"
"I know, whoever is dating him is one lucky person."
"He is taken?"
"Someone like him, oh yeah he is taken," Peggy said as she walked away.
"It doesn't matter, I have a kid that is normally the stop for most guys," I said to her as I got my lunch out.
It wasn't a long break since they needed help so I jumped back in.
"You are going to need to leave early since you didn't take the full amount." My boss said.
"Sweet," I said as the front door opened. It was Mark. "Hey, are you back for another coffee?" I asked as he walked up to me.
"Um yeah, please." He looked up at me and smiled.
