The City's winding streets were filled with aliens of all kinds, human-looking in one way or another or not at all, but every bit obscure. Ezic guided us through back roads and side streets, apparently trying to avoid detection. Before we left the train station's perimeters, we were given dark cloaks for reasons that even Ezic wouldn't explain.

"Although pretty at first glance, many things are hiding in the shadows that wouldn't hesitate to take advantage of a couple of females such as yourselves. You are a kind that is rare and few and far between." Glee spoke from behind us, gesturing for us to continue and follow Ezic down another passageway of close-knit buildings.

Glee and the other assigned protector, Stahl, were waiting for us to arrive at the station. They offered a form of protection as we made our way toward the centermost part of the City. Both Glee and Stahl were informed of the event that transpired between Commander Nohorr, Ra, and Ezic. We would learn from one of the soldiers, Stahl, that Zolar, Ra, and Commander Nohoor had fled from the planet days ago. As a result, Ra had rightfully transferred the Krispar division over to Ezic, as he was the next commanding officer in line. With this new information, Ezic was forced to change plans. Instead of taking us to his home, he would bring us to the safety of The Krispar compound. Which, in this case, was in one of the centermost highrises of the City.

The once stunning city started to look far more sinister due to the new information the two soldiers told us. The city was run mainly by The Krispar Division, safeguarding aliens and hybrids from being evicted by The Planetary Council. Everyone who wasn't full-blooded Zorr–or rich was regarded as nothing but the lowest amongst the planet's hierarchy. They were forced to live on the rings so as not to plague the planet with anything but the purest ideals of the Zorr.

Even with the support from most, The Krispar division was a constant target from both foreign and domestic inhabitants of Scintillate City. Once the city caught word of the resignations of the leaders of The Krispar Division, all hell would break loose. Without leadership guiding and reassuring the people of their citizenship, the city, and possibly Zorron itself, would fall.

"That is the only leverage we have against The Planetary council." Ezic looked back at the two soldiers trailing behind us. "Without leadership in both The Planetary Council and The Krispar Division, the issue of Commander Nohorr and Regusra and their operations would force the council and I to come to an agreement to prevent the collapse of our civilization."

In other words, it would be the perfect opportunity for Ezic to plead The Krispar Divisions case against Commander Nohorr and his followers and build a better society for Scintillate City. Although I wouldn't say I liked the idea of using us as a pawn. But in the grand scheme of things, not only would we and past test subjects get closure, but something good could come out of it, such as bettering the living conditions of millions.

We rounded one more corner before we reached a massive tower the likes of which I'd never seen before. Due to the buildings being so closely packed, it was hard to distinguish where the center city began and where the ghetto ended. Still, the tower we were currently making our way to suddenly jumped out at us from nowhere. Similar buildings surrounded it, but not as tall or wide as the one in front of us. We left the petulance of the poorer domain and entered a more open and vast part of the City where skyscrapers sprouted from the surface like weeds.
