The Return Of Esther Mikaelson

Andrea walked down the stairs to see Hayley, Klaus and Elijah standing around a food table.

"Was this you?" Elijah asked as she stood next to Hayley.

"Nope" she muttered, grabbing a grape and throwing it into her mouth. "But it is really nice" she teased.

Suddenly, one of the plates began to rattle and when Andrea lifted off the cover, two birds flew away.

"What the hell was that?" Hayley asked, looking around like she was about to get attacked.

Klaus picked up the letter, a deep sigh leaving his lips. "An invitation from our mother" he declared, looking up, at Elijah.

"Oh, yer, Satan's back" she mumbled, grabbing a string of grapes and throwing another one, into her mouth. "these are really good," she said with her mouth full, as she headed back up the stairs.

"Andrea!" Hayley called running after her.

She chuckled, as she carried on, down the corridor, until she reached her room. There was something about playing games with the Mikaelsons, that just made her so satisfied. Hayley entered moments later panting for air.

"Come on love, your a wolf" she teased. "Where's the stamina?"

"Shut up" she groaned, collapsing onto her bed.

Andrea laughed again, continuing to eat from the string of grapes.

"It's times like these, I'm glad I never knew my mother" she sighed.

"Your mother was one of the good ones" Andrea chuckled. "She loved you, and she died for you before you could betray her. Suppose it stopped her memory from getting stained" she smiled.

Klaus abruptly, walked through the door, throwing the letter, onto Andrea's desk. "We have enough enemies" he declared. "And now the war for our home is to be fought against my own family.

Andrea scoffed, making Klaus glare at her. "Yer, well your bloody mother and her disciples tried to put a carving knife through our baby's heart. Before you start getting all righteous, know, I will happily add to the body count" she announced.

Klaus smirked at the comment.

"You will do no such thing" Elijah declared, entering the room.

"Why are we having a family gathering in my room?" Andrea asked, raising an eyebrow at all of them.

Elijah ignored her, carrying on, "Esther's a master in the art of possessing, we know who's body she currently inhabits, we must decipher her intentions, before she finds a new host" he explained.

"Her last emergence was an assassination attempt on all her children, I think we can assume her intentions are decidedly foul" Klaus declared.

Elijah nodded, in agreement. "Well then," he said, looking down at his watch. "We have this afternoon, to prepare for the worst."

Andrea and Hayley both gave each other a sceptical look, while Klaus, headed after Elijah.

Elijah appeared, in the doorway, throwing a book at Andrea, making her jump violently. She glared up at him, shaking her head. "What the fuck?" she exclaimed.

"I need you to find a way to stop Esther from body jumping" he declared.

"Good for you" she muttered, looking back down at the spell in her hands.
