Chapter 47
All I Wanted To Hear

Hayley was missing and Elijah was taking advantage of Andrea's rage, with far too much delight.

She finally reached the top of the penthouse and headed straight for the apartment. "Where is she" Andrea demanded, marching towards Lucien, as she walked straight through the barrier, much to his surprise. "Tell me" she demanded.

"I invited a friend" Elijah simply declared, as she grabbed him by the throat.

"I have a thousand years on you" Lucien gasped.

"Yet your not fighting me" Andrea observed, as she felt a bone snap under her grip. "I'd assume, that means Klaus told you I can kill you slowly, and agonisingly, in hours, and you have better judgment than that."

"Or perhaps I like a woman holding my throat" he teased.

He was a good flirt, she'd give him that. Just not good enough for her.

"You sent the men out to kill the werewolves, so tell me, Lucien where is Hayley" Elijah demanded, calmly.

Andrea threw him onto the floor, as he crawled away from her. "There is a werewolf infestation in the Beau, the land is perfectly usable so I sort to clean up the problem" Lucien explained. Andrea stamped on his head, making him scream in shock.

"Where is my cousin" Adrea asked calmly. Far too calmy, for stamping on someone's head. "Tell me, Lucien, or you will understand the lengths of my power" she threatened.

"I have not taken the hybrid girl" he snapped back.

"I don't believe you" Andrea simply replied, grabbing him by his wrist and biting straight into his throat, before flinging him through the doorway, into Elijah's reach. "Compel him not to leave" she demanded, marching back out of the apartment.

She was determined to find Hayley, no matter how long it took.

Andrea glanced down at her phone, to see Marcel calling her, four times. Regretfully, she answered the phone to him.

"We have a problem" Marcel declared.

"Oh, do add to the list" she sighed.

"There has been been a witch massacre. Eleven murdered, in the middle of the night. There are a lot of pissed-off loved ones, looking for vengeance, down in the ninth ward" he explained.

"I'll be there, soon" she sighed.

It took her at least fifteen minutes to reach the market, and part of her wished she had never come when she saw the pile of burning bodies. Corpses piling up on one another.

"Whoever did this was strong" she heard Davina tell the witches as she slipped in next to Marcel. "And for all we know, they might return."

"Who did it" Adrea whispered.

"You tell me, it wasn't the vampires, we were all together last night. I'd vouch on you or Klaus next but" he looked at her expectingly.

"It wasn't me and Klaus was too drunk for any murder last night. He was with me. The wolves would have been, gathered in the Beau" she told him.

"That leaves one other group" Marcel sighed.

"Davina's killed her own people" she muttered, to herself. Fear crept up her spine. "If they find out they will shun her, and then we'll be in an awful lot more trouble than before" she explained.
