You and Jax sat around the new television he bought. Together, you had chosen a movie and decided to relax for some bonding time. Well, to Jax it was bonding time. He assumed that you would shrug it off as another hangout.

You didn't.

This was the first time you felt love. This was the first time you felt unconditional love, love that had no barriers and no 'what if's and no 'buts'. This was the first type of love you had experienced that was good, and your inner child craved more.

Jax's inner father craved more, too. He settled further against the couch and looked over at you. You had your focus elsewhere, not really participating in watching the movie, but not totally spaced out. You were in-between there and lost, and Jax knew it was the right time to tell you.

He opened his mouth to speak, gaining your attention instantly. The sudden attention made him swallow his words, and instead of speaking he forced out a fake cough. You quirked your brows and giggled.

"What was that?"

"I uh...I had to cough."

"Mhm." You squinted at him. "Faker!"

"I ain't a faker!" He jumped up.

"Yes you are!" You squealed, grabbing a pillow and throwing it at him.

He dodged it quickly and threw one back at you.

"Ya throw like a girl."

"You look like a girl!" You insulted back, tossing another pillow.

Jax swung to avoid it, giving you the advantage of swinging with another one to hit him in the face. He sat stunned, with his mouth wide and his eyes blank. You giggled at him.

"I win! I win!"

He cracked a smile and grabbed you, spinning you around until your back was against him. Then, he wrapped his arms around your waist and flipped you upside down. He shook you gently, letting out fake growls and taunts as you yelled to be let down. Finally, he sat you on the couch and dropped you.

You huffed and wiped the hair from your face.

"You're like the Hulk." You mumbled, sitting up and adjusting your shirt from its wrinkles.

He chuckled. "Yer like a...I got nothin'."

"Nothing?!" You laughed. "You can't insult me? An innocent little girl?"

"Innocent?!" Jax busted out into laughter.

You playfully shoved him. "It's not that funny."

You felt your heart swell at his knowing smile. You felt recognized. You felt seen. And you felt loved.

Cleo, however, laid in her bed alone. It was the first night in her new home, the same home she'd one day share with you.

One day soon. She'd share it with you very soon.

And, unfortunately her sister. But that didn't matter. What did matter was that you would be there.

She pulled the blanket closer to her, snuggling deeper in its warmth. It stretched over her elfin body, creating a small cocoon for her to hide away in.

The house seemed empty and cold, despite it being so warm that Cleo could feel the sweat forming. She was sure that she was sick, and the only cure to her disease was you. You seemed to be the cure for everything, and Cleo wasn't sure if she was upset or in love with that idea.

She figured it didn't matter. Soon enough, you'd be hers and hers alone. Only she could be with you. Only she could love you, hurt you, tease you.

Cleo scolded herself for the thought that nearly occured. Sure, she loved the idea of your body. She loved how your hips had a little dip right where they met your thighs. She loved your muffin top and the way your body was soft. She loved every piece of your body.

But she loved your mind too. She loved your soul and your personality and the way you were. She wanted the be the only one to witness it.

Cleo was jealous of Manny, and if she was honest with herself, she hoped that Jax would end him. She hoped that Jax would murder him slowly, dragging out every ounce of pain he would cause.

Cleo didn't ponder over that much, and instead chose to worry about other things. She was a freshly dropped out student with no job, no friends, and now a whole lot of free time. Maybe she'd pick up a new hobby?

Like baking! Maybe she could learn how to bake! That way, she could bake you cakes and cookies and treats when you behaved!!

She nodded. She'd definitely have to learn something for you.

Cleo closed her eyes and prepared for sleep to take her, but it didn't happen. Instead, she felt that familiar ball of excitement form. She grabbed her phone and typed.

By the end of her excitement, she had made multiple new purchases, and she couldn't wait to show them to you.
