jihoon slams a pen and notepad down, startling soonyoung. the latter stares at the items, confused. "write every stupid little nickname you call me on this sheet," jihoon demands. soonyoung doesn't read his frustration and laughs, thinking he's all too cute. "sure, give me three hours." he jokes.

ten minutes was all that was needed and soonyoung hands the pad over to jihoon in his studio. "give me your phone," is the second demand. soonyoung does, watching jihoon open his settings and go in his dictionary to change every instance of those nicknames to something else. he's amused.

when he gets his phone back, all those nicknames were now set to send as jihoon's name. soonyoung chuckles, "what this for, tiny?" jihoon visibly tenses up, "for you to learn to use my name. i have one, if you already forgot," his eyebrows furrow. "use it."

soonyoung bites back a smile, "this list can't stop me from calling you nicknames in real life though," jihoon knows. and he blushes red. "then control yourself. you're 26. get over it."

soonyoung flicks through the notepad, humming at every name he finds funny.

"hm... i've already used 'tiny'... oh, 'universe' is my favourite. 'sweetie', 'honey'... usually i use 'kitten' for wonwoo but it works too i guess, hm... oh, now this is my favourite!" soonyoung taps his finger on the paper, drawing jihoon's attention. he sees how red jihoon has become from him simply listing the nicknames he's called him. and it wasn't even all of them yet.

"oh jihoonie! are you getting a fever? you're going red," soonyoung comically gasps, "are you getting flustered from me reading these? oh, jihoonie... this is only page one." a laugh escapes soonyoung, while jihoon stews in his producer chair in embarrassment.

"soonie... s-stop..."

"you wanna hear my actual favourite one? here,"

"soonie..." soonyoung doesn't catch jihoon shaking.

"oh," soonyoung looks up from his list, eyes anything but nice. he's ready to break jihoon.

"i'm sorry, did i make you nervous... baby?"

jihoon exhales strongly, panting after the release. his mind is dizzy and he can't look up from the floor. this is torture. soonyoung is torturing him and he's laughing about it!

"s-soonie.." his voice is barely a whisper, tears forming in his eyes. soonyoung finally comes down to the set up to assess the damage. tilting jihoon's chin up, he leans down and looks into his eyes.

"you're sweating so much, ji. was i that mean?" he wipes would-be tears and combs jihoon's hair back, fanning him a little with his hand. "i'm sorry, you're so easy to tease."

jihoon is out of energy. his mind isn't working right and he feels like he's lost control of himself. his eyes are hooded and his sight blurry. all he feels is the heat on his skin and the comfort of soonyoung.

"i..." he tries whispering.

"what's up, tiny?"

another wave crashes into him. "soonie i... i need you."

soonyoung searches jihoon's eyes, "you don't mean that. you're exhausted, which is 100% my fault. don't say anything, i know you don't mean it. i'm really sorry."

"no... i- i want you."

soonyoung pauses. would this be taking advantage of jihoon? the boy is weakened and clearly not operating on his own accord.

"rest, ji. i'll be up there when you're okay."

before soonyoung could step away, jihoon's arm flails out and he grabs the hood of soonyoung's hoodie. when he goes to remove the hand, jihoon interlocks their fingers. soonyoung freezes.

"jihoon..." the boy pulls him down and catches his face in a kiss. it's an awkward angle for soonyoung, so he breaks enough to murmur against jihoon's lips. "stand for me, baby." helping jihoon up from the chair, soonyoung locks them together again and they stumble toward jihoon's couch, where jihoon straddles soonyoung.

jihoon's body feels heavy so he resorts to simply hugging him after a while. he chuckles and wraps his arms around jihoon's still-warm body, jihoon snuggling into him. with a wide smile and a quick kiss to jihoon's cheeks, soonyoung heaves a sigh.

"i like you,"

"as if it wasn't already obvious, my sleepy boy." jihoon can't fight the new nickname, only letting out a hum reminiscent of a whine.

"maybe when you're a little stronger, we can try to make new nicknames? how about it?" soonyoung feels jihoon tense up and laughs. "...i've never heard you use 'kitten' on me before." soonyoung kisses jihoon's neck and mumbles, "that can be arranged."
