Mumbling.

When words turn into white noise. When the world drowns into nothing. Seungkwan could barely focus on what was being fed back into the speakers. He hears the echos and nothing at the same time.

His head drops, staring instead at the black tiles beneath his sneaker clad feet. He wiggles his toes and his white shoes come to life. His hands grip his personal microphone, every last pink jewel pressing into his skin uncomfortably. A soft exhale leaves his lips, eyes blinking slower than ever.

He just wants to go home.

His eyes catch movement to his left. Mingyu's ever-looming presence takes up the space beside him. His dark shoes almost blend into the ground. Seungkwan smiles.

Then he taps Mingyu quickly, hands coming up to rest on his arm as he speaks to the taller. He points out that Mingyu's wearing some sort of platform or insole today, "I think it's unfair. You're already tall enough." He pouts.

Seungkwan's hands remain. Mingyu smiles at his comment and his eyes flicker momentarily on his soft contact. His fingers inch just that bit closer to overlay Seungkwan's.

Their eyes meet. And Seungkwan bites back a wide smile. But his glittery eyes tell Mingyu everything.
