"hoshi likes my music the most"

"you said that?" soonyoung snorted, inhaling another spoonful of soup. jihoon lowered the volume of the tv, "said what?"

"that i like your music the most. you said that?"

jihoon looked at soonyoung from the couch. his eyes shifted away then back on him, "yeah...? why?" soonyoung chuckled, "i don't know. it's kinda funny,"

jihoon sunk into the couch and soonyoung felt the atmosphere change. "not 'funny' in a bad way!" he tried clearing up. "it's still true. i do like it," he switched his phone off and placed it face down, "just that i never said anything about liking it 'the most'." he finished up his soup as jihoon mulled over his words in silence.

after putting the bowl in the sink, soonyoung joined jihoon on the couch. "don't be mad, tiny."

"i'm not mad," jihoon pouted. he started twiddling with his fingers. "in fact, i'm so, so happy you like my music this much. i'm more than happy."

soonyoung smiled. he pinched jihoon's cheek lightly, "then i'm happy you're happy."
