Cinder and Ash looked at each other, why was this happening? Suddenly Cinder felt a cold wind on her neck and looked at Ash, he shook his head he was not the one doing it, this time. What was going on? When would this be over? They had nothing to do with them they had invaded their land and now they wanted them to leave. Rakol was going to pay for all of the things that he had done to them and to the people that She loved, this was not going to go unnoticed. Cinder looked out over the land that she loved and wondered what this was going to entail? Was he going to put up a fight? Or would he leave peacefully? Nathan looked at her and came over to stand beside her. "Hey are you OK?" he asked. Cinder didn't look at him at first wondering how she was going to respond; did he know what she was feeling? She looked towards Ash and the others, they had been there for her through this entire ordeal but what about Kelly? She was part of them, she knew all of their secrets, and now finding out that she was HIS daughter and that there was a possibility that she would betray them once again. She had done it once and that was not what they expected at the time.

Cinder looked at Nathan, what about the others, could she trust them, she really wanted to trust Kelly but finding out that she was Rakol's' daughter she didn't know what to think. They were her family now and they would stay together. Rakol wouldn't do it again, he would not tear them apart like he had done before. Cinder looked forward again at all of the forest below them, soon they would have nothing, but that wouldn't happen if they fought... fought for peace, for their families and their homes. If they didn't then they would be subject to the Fallen rule and then where would they be? Nathan looked at her and noticed that sparks were coming off of her and billowing into the wind and starting small fires, but she seemed not to notice. "Um... Cinder?" "WHAT!" she snapped, and he gasped her eyes were red.... Blood red. This was not what was supposed to happen. "I wanted to... never mind." "WHAT? YOU WANT TO SAY SOMETHING SO SAY IT!" "Well Ok, are you OK?" "WHY DO YOU ASK?" she yelled and then looked around, trees were on fire! She gasped and shook her head, she had gotten out of control again. Ash looked at her, but she didn't know how to stop. "Sis, what.... You are OK, please... you don't want to do this, Cinder we are not ready to do this." Cinder felt the heat next to her and embraced it, fire would burn. She looked around and saw that the Fallen were advancing on them. They had to act now if they wanted to survive. Cinder didn't hear what they said to her after that, she was going to kill, and the first person to go was Rakol. If she had to fight him one on one then so be it, she would do anything to keep her friends safe. Ash looked around and came over looking panicked, he was floating and the air around him was red. Cinder looked at him with a confused expression. "What?" and then she looked to where he was pointing and groaned. This was really happening?!

Cinder looked around at the charred ground around her, and then at the advancing army, they had to get closer for her to burn but also there was a barrier between them, they had to get permission to come inside the border. But who would give it? The Star's wouldn't they wanted them as far from them as possible. Cinder looked at Kelly and noticed that she was shivering. "What is wrong?" she asked but she knew the answer, she was worried if she would have to choose between her friends or her heritage. That was not going to be an easy choice to make. "Cinder... I don't know if I can do this." She said her blue eyes wavering to where Rakol, her father sat waiting. Should she do this? Cinder put her arm around her and looked out over the coming army. "We can do this!" Suddenly without warning a horn sounded and the Fallen started advancing and Cinder could see that they didn't care that they were destroying her land and the land of her fathers. She had to act now or watch it all leave her grasp. Did she really want that to happen?

There would be blood and death, was she willing to get her friends into all of this, maybe she should do this alone and then they could get out of it safely. Cinder looked out and noticed that Rakol was getting closer with a white flag raised and Cinder noticed that Teloki was looking at her. "Are we going to go talk to him?" he asked. Cinder nodded without saying anything and started to walk down the hill. Teloki followed and when they had gotten to the barrier, she cut it a little bit and walked through. Rakol smirked at her and raised his hand so that his followers stepped back and let her come to him. "Well.... well, Cinder what made you come?" he asked and looked up at the hill were Teloki waited hand on his sword glaring at him daring him to do something to her. "Can we go?" she asked, and Cinder nodded wondering if it was going to work. Suddenly without warning a Fallen jumped at her and her eyes went red instantly and he burned. War had come.
