Chapter 15-ONE DECISION

Cinder looked off toward the woods and felt as though someone was watching them from afar but who would be this far and them not know who it was except Rakol and Teloki they were the only shadowhunters that had been able to pass though the border unnoticed, if anyone else did it, they wouldn't know about it, yet. What would they do? Teloki looked at her and saw that she was disturbed and took her hand. "we have to get away from here, he will be back and we have to loose him or he will still try to kill us." Cinder looked at the man that had risked the wrath of her enemy to save her and the other stars so that they could make it to safety he had taken the greater risk than any of them could have imagined he would, he loved her and he would do anything to see that they were together again after this was all over. But the one thing that they didn't see was that Kii and Kalia where watching them with Ember, Cinder's sister. They wanted to get back at her for what she had done to their leader, she had humiliated him and taken Teloki for her own, they had to get them off their game and then everything would be OK again, there was not supposed to be peace in the land, well at least that was what they thought and Cinder was ruining that chance for them to kill the five star and what they were fighting for. Kalia looked out of where she had hid and watched them all get back on their horses and frowned, they had to stop them once and for all, but the one thing was that they didn't know where they were going now, that was the problem. Teloki looked out over the valley and smiled, they had to protect it and the people. They had to get away but how would they do that and keep Rakol away? She had to get the others and try to stop them from getting away. But what about Ember? Why had she chosen this life instead of with her sister? That's what she wanted to know when they met again. Nate and the others all fell in line with her as she and Teloki talked about what was to come, they had all mastered their elements but the real challenge was if they could fight and fight to kill. That's what they were waiting for. Cinder and Teloki looked at each other and smiled, they were in this together and that was all that mattered. The five stars would light the path of ether death or life, it was their choice to make and he was not going to stop them, he was going to help them to stop his father. Now that Kelly was with him that was strange, she was Teloki's sister, but she was also Cinder's best friend next to Ash. And she was not going to give her up that easily, that was not going to happen, she was going to fight for her as long as she had to and that was a promise. The nations had to get united.
