Days passed by.

After the retreat with my classmates, I have to be back in my own shape. I've already took their entrance exam for about 4 months ago. I literally put all my effort on that exam. I studied hard and luckily, I passed.

Perks kasi ng mag-transfer sa university na 'to during your senior high, hindi mo na kailangan mag-entrance exam before entering college. And yes, since this is an international university, ang quality ng education is great. 'Yun nga lang, medyo mahal ang tuition fee. Pero sabi nga ng teacher namin, "Education is not an expense, it's an investment." Good thing that I have aced their exam, so I was automatically selected for the full scholarship program.

I just needed to study hard. One day, I'll get the fruits of everything. It'll be worth it.

During the first week of school, I think I did great. Marami akong naging adjustments. You know, I came from a public high school, and I switched into an international school. Napakaraming mga spokening dollars. More than that, the hardest thing that I have to endure is the bullying.

Also, dahil bago ang mga subjects, I tried harder to understand every single detail. That made me busy. Tuwing Linggo naman, it's either gumagawa kami ng group projects, nag-aadvanced study ako o natutulog lang all day. There's no one in the house, so no one would bother my sleep.

My classmates were all nerds. Not the type of nerds na nakasalamin, naka-brace at gulo-gulo ang buhok but that type of student na sobrang studious. Mape-pressure ka talaga in a good way.

It was another morning, I am walking towards my classroom when a lot of rushing guys came into my way. "Dude!" A guy screamed. The next thing I knew, I am already on the ground with my books scattered and my iPad being broken. Great!

"Why aren't you looking on your way?" Mayabang na tanong ng lalaki sa akin. Really? Ako pa talaga? They're the one who are rushing. I do notice them, but they are too fast that I didn't get the chance to avoid them bumping in me. I could accept if they insisted that it was a fair share, but they are making it look like it was all my fault.

"As far as I can remember, you're the one who didn't even bother to slow down knowing that you are walking in the corner. If we are on the court, you'll be the one who can be sued for negligence."

"Are you telling me that it's my fault?" Tanong niya at saka tumawa. I was about to get my iPad, but the damn guy pushed me as he stepped on it.

It was crushed into pieces. My reviewers were there!

"We don't have a space for a scholar like you." Oh, that's the reason why he's bullying me? Just because I am a scholar, means I am already poor? I chuckled and got my iPad on the ground. And geez, technically, hindi talaga ako mayaman. Pero kahit na!
