Pau and I couldn't bear to wait longer so we held a private wedding ceremony with our families, Felip, Stell, Justin and Josh in between our tour. Sa sobrang engrande kasi ng tunay na kasal, it was scheduled this year which is a year away since our families have talked kaya nagdaos kami ng isang intimate na seremonya, walang guests, walang engrandeng gown, ako lang at si Pau, sa harap ng Diyos. We wanted to be married fast because that's how we badly wanted to be a family once again. Afterall, doon din naman talaga ang punta. Hindi lang talaga kami makahintay.

"Happy New Year, love." Pau greeted and hugged me from behind.

As if he anticipated my move, he deepened the kiss, never letting go. "Pau, I don't want to have a baby bump on my wedding dress." He stared at me in the eye and smile at me.

"We're already married," he uttered, his voice a soft whisper that carried the weight of a thousand promises. "I love you." He whispered. "As long as I wanted to make you pregnant right now, I couldn't go beyond without your consent." He chuckled and kissed me on my forehead.

Just like that, days passed by. We traveled again and came back a month after.

"Hi pretty lady!" Pau greeted as he walked inside my office.

"Shall we go?" He asked and pushed me lightly to stare at my face. Sumimangot ako saka siya tinitigan pabalik.

"I had a lot of paper works to do."

I was expecting Paulo to throw a fit like I did but he just smiled at me. "Do your thing... I will wait for you." He then laid on the couch and closed his eyes, sleeping.

"I can go home alone. Umuwi ka na." I hissed and crouch down to caress Pau's face. He smiled, eyes still closed. "You looked so tired. You won't be able to sleep here comfortably."

"I can bear all things... as long as I am with you." Bulong niya pabalik. He opened his eyes, making our gazes meet. "Go. I'll be just here."

Kahit labag sa loob ko, I had to go back to work. I'll end up being swamped more and more.

"Love." Tawag ko kay Paulo mula sa swivel chair ko after a lot of hours. He did not respond. Mukhang tulog na tulog. He was really exhausted. They had to go through a long process. Kabi-kabilang training, fittings at meeting pa. In the middle, may mga mall show at ilang business pa silang ginagawa. Entertainment industry is often viewed as a job to get an easy money but it's  not just as everyone expected. It also requires passion.

"Love," tawag ko sa kanya saka bahagyang sinampal ang pisngi niya, still trying to wake him up.
