𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤 ➳ 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐬

𝟐𝟔. 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐮𝐧

I come back up again, couching a little because I was still laughing when he threw me in. I run my hands through my hair, until Chris makes his way towards me. "Are you okay? Are you- I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-" he quickly says before I interrupt him, looking very worried as he places his hands on my waist to hold me up a little. I'm not that tall, I can't stand here!

"I'm okay, I'm okay, don't worry. I was just laughing, so I swallowed some water" I giggle, wrapping my arms around his neck and my legs around his waist for my own support. Wow, this is really nice.

"Are you sure you're okay, beautiful?" he asks, looking at every part of my face. "I'm okay Cap, don't worry. It was actually pretty refreshing" I giggle, and he laughs with me. I silently sigh, while I look right into his eyes. He makes me feel so happy!

I give him a little kiss on his nose, and place my head in the crook of his neck while I hold him closer. I silently sigh again, fully enjoying the feeling of cuddling my favorite person here, in the water on a private beach in Italy.

"Is everything alright?" Chris asks, holding me close. "Hmm" I hum in reply, softly smiling as I keep my head in the crook of his neck. "You sure, baby?" he asks again, and I stop breathing for a second.

Did he just call me 'baby'? Oh my God, oh my God! I can't stop smiling now, while goosebumps fill up my whole body. I sigh again, giggling very softly while I pull him even closer. "I'm fine, you make everything fine" I reply, closing my eyes again.

Chris starts holding me thighter too now, and gives me a little kiss on my shoulder, followed by two more. One of them on my shoulder as well, the other one on my neck. We just stay in the water like this for a while, until Lizzie gets in as well.

I lift my head up, give him one kiss on his shoulder and one kiss on his neck and get off of him. Chris gets out of the water, but I stay in for a while longer, to talk to Lizzie and to get a little colder so that the sun can warm up my body again.

"Hey girl! So... What was that?" Lizzie asks, looking at me with raised eyebrows. "What was what?" I ask in reply, smiling at her. "That thing that happened just now, in the water. You know, you and Chris... What was that?" she asks again, but I keep smiling.

"Oh, just cuddling" I giggle, and she silently laughs with me. "Hm, just cuddling... Alright, well, it was adorable!" she laughs, so we laugh again and talk about what we should do for dinner tonight.

"I'm getting really cold, I'm gonna go out and warm up" I say after a while of talking to her and Sebastian once he came in. "Yeah, go ahead sweetie" Lizzie kindly adds, so I get out of the water and walk to the space where mine and Chris' sunbeds are.

I see Chris laying there, his abs looking absolutely perfect in the sunlight and his eyes closed. Suddenly, I get an idea. I stay very silent, slowly walk up to Chris and just lay down on top of me with my cold body.

"Oh! Fuck! You're cold!" he laughs, making me laugh as well. "I'm sorry, I just had to! You were laying there so perfectly that I just had to do something, I'll get off now" I giggle, but he immediately wraps his arms around me before I can even move.

"Oh no, you're staying now" he says, and I laugh again. "Are you even comfortable like this, handsome?" I ask, placing my hands on his chest and resting my head on them so that I can look into his eyes.

"Way more than comfortable, baby. Are you?" he asks in reply, making me smile. "Definitely, you're warm" I tell, laying my head down again and giving his chest a kiss before that.

We lay like this for about an hour, or maybe even two, and go for a mother swim to cool down before we leave the beach. We had the best time, and Chris kept telling me that he loved my bathing suit. He even took a picture of me! We all get back to the cars once we're all dry and clothed, and check our phones.
