i.

Let me tell you a story,
This is sound so cliche.
Well, this is how it supposed to be,
To meet you "The He"

You used to be my baby
And I was your first lady.
Since you came that day
I was very happy.
My heart was in party
Especially when you touched my pinky,
Smiling at me genuinely
Until it became a hobby,
Our hearts were dancing in glee
That's when the time there's you and me.

ii.

Let me tell you a story,
This is sound so cliche.
Well, this is how it supposed to be,
To meet you "The She"

It was everything started,
When I see your face
And by your hands I was guarded
With your loving grace.
With the comfort of your hands---
I've known my place
And on the way you dance
I've made my trace.

Till then, I longed for more
I longed for the smile that you always wore,
For your laugh that I adore
For how your love open the door---
Of one's heart, I longed for more.

iii.

In a blink in a blast
That was all from the past
Oh, boy you've grown so fast
We became distant
To each other's heart
To approach you makes me hesitant
Why am I this reluctant?
Did I controlled you that much?

iv.

But the next thing I knew
Everything is new
That memories seems blurry
A time that was caught in a flurry
It was like everything was in a hurry
That you don't have time to listen to my story.
You don't have time to listen to me.
You don't even bother asking me of what I want to be
Neither the things that I want to see
You just never get tired of controlling me,
And you don't know that I'm not happy
You don't know that I want to be free

v.

Honey, this is for your own good and safety
I never thought you wanted to flee
Have you forget?
I sing you to bed
Until you fell asleep
Saying Mommy don't leave
I'm scared to death
I kissed your forehead
I stop for a while
And plastered an assuring smile
Yet as time passed by
Your'e seemed a million miles

vi.
But I stop, I simply stop talking
I even stop complaining, nor laughing and crying.
I just stop, so I simply became nothing.
But there's the moment when you asked me what's happening
And that's the time that I want to tell you something
Yet there's the hestitation that leaves me hanging
And that I found out of what's truly missing
Is that we are not connecting
We are not connecting anymore like how we used to be

vii.

That was for a disguise
You know baby I was covered with lies
Will you able to sing me the same lullabies?
Always prone to a midnight cries
You said you won't let anyone to hurt me not even once either twice nor thrice
But why are you hurting me a hundred times?

viii.

Would you take the chance?
I wanted you to be my last dance
Yes, this is my command
I offered to you this every single glance
I'm proud I raised such a man with lot of plans
Take me to the lobby
Sing me a soulful melody
Let's dance together in harmony
A minutes of holy
Reminiscing our wonderful memory
Before I fade away
Can I kiss your eyes that used to adores me
And right now staring at me blankly
Cause I've got a fatal loss of energy
These days I've been sleepy
Once in your arms I slip away
Don't cry my baby
Just sing for me
I'm afraid I can't no longer sing you to sleep
My bad, if I fall deep asleep

ix.

So I gave it a chance
I gave it a shot to be your last dance
Yes, it was your command.
You offered me those every single glance
And you said that you're proud to raised a man like me who has a lot of plans.
You want me to take you to the lobby.
You want me to sing you a soulful melody.

We dance together in harmony
It was a minutes of holy
It was our wonderful memory
Before it fade away
You kiss me in my eyes
And stared at me blankly
You've got a fatal loss of energy
And these days you've been sleepy
In my arms you slip away
I forgot to tell you that I will forever be your cry baby.
How ironic you used to sing me
Yet right now I sing for you
Knowing that you can't no longer sing me to sleep forever

x.

But mom I can't be liar
Nor be a facade of a pretender
Why does life play so good as a cheater
And now I need to sing this song, for you to sleep forever.
