MEMO

I never imagined that I can run that long without stops and thinking. I just kept running with one thing on my mind. Blue's not okay and if she is not okay it is my concern. 

Everything about her right now is my concern and I am claiming it.

"What the hell are you doing Memo!" Sigaw sa akin ni Sillica habang nakasilip ang ulo nito sa bintana ng kotse niya. Napahinto naman ako sa pagtakbo at naghabol ng hininga.

"I'm g-going, ha!, to Blue." Gaano na ba kalayo ang natakbo ko?

"Do you know where you should go?!" Galit itong lumabas ng kotse niya at agad din naman akong umiling. Hindi ko alam kung saan ako pupunta.

After talking to Sillica, akala ko makakapasok na ako sa trabaho, pero wala pa ata kaming limang minutong naghihiwalay, nagulat ako ng bigla akong hinila nito. She informs me na nasa prisinto si Blue. Deluxe and the others are already there at pinapasunod na lang kami. I did not think twice and run!

"Stop acting on impulse! If Ivan will know about this your friendship will end right now immediately!" I can feel how my energy slowly walks away with my body. 

Lahat ng adrenaline rush nawala, nanginginig na din ang tuhod ko. Hinayaan ko si Sillica na hilahin ako papasok sa kotse niya.

"I know you are concerned, but believe me, Ivan would not like this. She doesn't like the idea of bothering other people because of her own problems. Ivan sees it as pity, one thing that she doesn't want to get from her friends. " I blankly look outside, taking everything in. 

I have realized I need all the information I can get about Blue, so I can stay with her longer.

"I'm sorry Ica, nataranta lang ako. Blue should not last even a minute inside a prison cell!" My emotions are getting into my head because what's happening today is a bit too much for me but here I am grasping air to breath.

"We are thinking the same but Memo fix yourself before facing Ivan. She is smart and she will know immediately why you look like a shit." I am trying to lift my hands up but I am trembling. Nabigla ata katawan ko sa pagtakbo, hindi ako nagwo – work out pero tumakbo ako ng pagkalayo.

"One time, I didn't attend our family dinner date because she was sick and no one would watch over her. The moment she felt better and knew what I did, she packed her clothes and was about to move out of her own house. " Sillica sighed while reminiscing about it.

"Wait? T-that's her own house? " Natulog ako sa bahay ni Blue?!

"Yes, did I not tell you?" Mabilis akong tumango kasi wala naman talaga akong naalala na sinabi niya. "Me and Saturn decided to live with her since our parents were also not inside the country. The negotiation with Ivan went well, and now here we are living with her. " The sky is growing darker, it will rain. Sillica looks like she is hesitating to say something, hindi na lang ako umimik.

"Before we lived together, Ivan had made several suicide attempts." Sillica stopped talking. "J-just thinking she will e-end up her own l-life." Paglingon ko umiiyak ulit si Sillica. "Memo, the world doesn't deserve her kindness and heart!" She is calming herself, but her tears keep coming.
