Athanasia's POV

Lumipas ang dalawang buwan at wala akong ibang ginawa kundi ang mag-trabaho at dalawin si dad sa ospital. Pero hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa rin ako maka-get over sa sinabi ni britney. And anyways, I haven't seen her since that day. Ngayon naman ay nasa loob ako ng opisina dito sa mansion at kaharap ang laptop ko and I am having a conference call meeting with the team.

"I am planning on boosting mall traffic with a customer-centered retail strategy. And I want to turn our mall into an entertainment hub. Hmm... How should explain this?"

Hinilot ko ang sentido ko at nag-salita.

"We need an incentive to attract customers into our mall and to spend time there. Consumers want more than a place to eat and shop-they want experiences." Paliwanag ko. Tumango-tango naman sila habang nakatingin sa akin.

"To increase mall traffic, we have to dedicate spaces and hold events that offer forms of entertainment. Turn customer apathy into excitement with a variety of venues that entice them to visit our mall and stay longer." Patuloy ko at sumang-ayon naman sila sa sinabi ko.

"Alright, alright. I noticed that most of our cafe's and restaurants doesn't have a wi-fi system, so, I am also planning on creating a Wi-fi Cafe or multiple hotspots that promote a quiet haven for the growing work-from-home workforce or constantly connected mall visitor. We could offer snacks and drink choices thay can be purchased while they check their e-mail or reply to messages. Do you agree with me?" Halos sabay naman na nagsi-tanguan ang mga ito at napalingon ako sa may pintuan ng nahagip ng mga mata ko si Kuya Primo na nakatingin sa akin habang nagt-trabaho. Nginitian ko lang siya.

"We agree, young madam. Actually that is a great idea to attract more customers into our mall." Pag-sang ayon nila sa akin. Nakangiti naman akong tumango-tango.

"But, young madam. I have a question." Sabi ni Miss loraine kaya binigyan ko siya ng permiso na mag-tanong.

"I was going to ask if you're planning to create a free wi-fi cafe or restaurant so that the customers can spend more time in there?" Paulit-ulit akong tumango at inikot-ikot ang swivel chair ko.

"Yes, yes. That's right." Ngumiti si Miss Loraine at in-off ang mic niya.

"Hmm... How about understanding shopper counting, young madam?" Tanong ni Miss Dalia.

"Well.... Understanding shopper counting can improve customer experience. Giving our shoppers a high-quality and enjoyable shopping experience is the key to ensuring that they visit our business again. Shopper counting and understanding how foot traffic moves and flows through our store can help us drastically improve our customers' experience." Mahabang ani ko.

"Yes, young madam. You're correct." Ani ni Mr Lewin.

"First, we have to Display promotion." Panimula ko.

"Using people counters in separate sections of our store allows us to count how many people visit each area per day and, on a larger scale, per week, per month, per year. This data can very help us to identify peek times of the year, month, week, and day for each section of our store.

Second, Create timed promotions for peek visitor times: We will also be able to identify which time of the year, month, week, and day our promotions would be the most successful. With our shopper counting data in mind, we can plan out our promotions ahead of time.

And third, Increase Staffing During peek times: It is easy to predict these peek times and schedule more efficiently when we understand shopper counting. With people counters installed, we will be able to determine the peek times during the week and day during which may need to schedule a few more staff members. And yes, that is a great idea, Miss Dalia."
