After Awsten and Hope were finally finished getting ready for the events they're doing today, they're in the car.

"Can you please tell me where we're going?" Hope asks Awsten, desperate to know where their first visit will be.

Awsten wanted to take her to a place in New York that she hasn't been to, which is pretty much impossible.

"I can't, I'm not going to spoil this for you." He practically could barely keep it from her, Awsten's not always the best at keeping secrets, especially when he's as excited as he is now.

Hope turns on the music in hopes of being distracted by it.

But that didn't work.

"This is unbearable!" She tiredly laughs out.

Awsten quickly reaches over the console and takes Hope's hand in his, "Just ten more minutes, you can survive that."

Hope doesn't say anything, but Awsten can see the expression on her face. "You're blushing."

"No I'm not," Hope says through an embarrassed smile.

Awsten could tell it was a little too embarrassing by now and changes the subject, "Can you recognize where we are right now?"

Her expression changed to confused as she looked out the car window, she genuinely didn't know where they were. "Nope, I actually do not."

You could see the satisfaction on Awsten's face once she said that. He thought he might as well give her a slim hint about where they're going, even if it doesn't seem like one, "Alright, let me just tell you, my allergies are going to bash me like a motherfucker there."

"Bash you like a motherfucker?" Hope finds humor in Awsten's choice of words, and laughs.

"Yeah," Awsten laughs a little with her. "I didn't take any medicine for it so I feel like I'm definitely going to regret going here first."

*about 15 minutes later*

They finally arrived at High Line Park, the tall buildings outlining the nature with paths and railroads, beautiful trees with their orange leaves and other plants growing lush around everything they could.

"I can't believe I've never been here before," Hope comments, loving the scenery around her, doing a quick spin to take it all in.

Awsten couldn't help but to find it cute and watch her, causing a small silence between them, soon realizing Hope encouraged him to speak, "If it makes you feel any better, I've never been here either, I was hoping you'd like it."

"It's beautiful, Awsten. I love it," she said.

Awsten was relieved when she said that, he was hoping it was a good spot to spend a little while at. It's not an extremely crowded place during this time of the year, despite the scenery looking beautiful, it's not what a lot of people would like to spend a couple hours at during November with New York's cold weather.

Awsten's arm wraps around Hope's waist, pulling her closer to him. "So, we'll be here for a bit, then I'm going to take you out for lunch."

"But what about-" Hope was quickly cut off by her boyfriend's words.

"Let's not have to worry about people taking photos of us today, alright?"

"But you know what's going to happen when they do."

She was right, the photos will end up all over social media and the rumors will come out, and neither of them are ready to make their relationship public.
