"Karl wait!" Rina said behind him and he slowly stopped.

"What are you doing?" She looked at him.

"I mean why do you hate him so much? You should be glad he is here"

"I don't think you wanna be saying that"

"Karl listen to me, I don't know why you're mad about his arrival but you should think about Amaya, she loves her father"

"I am so confused Rina, he doesn't even care a single speck for her....."

"And how do you know that?" Rina looked at Karl but he didn't say anything.

"I understand what you must be going through but please give him a chance"

"Mm mm not happening" he turned around and she went to him again.

"Please Karl for my sake"

"No Rina okay, I just can't"

"Do you even know whether he is like that or not?...."

"Of course I know! He is a stupid man! Who leaves his family and move on with another to another then to another again!" Rina flinched to the way he raised his voice like it's her who called him here.

He quickly realized how harsh he was to her and lowered his voice.

"I am sorry" he said.

"It's okay, at least you're lucky to have a father who is still alive and wants to reunite with you guys" she cleaned her tears and walked away.

Karl face palmed his fore head and leaned on his car.

Rina was walking inside when she saw the blonde.

"I am sorry for him acting that way" she smiled to Rina. Why does she have a bad feeling about this blonde? She didn't say anything and just left inside.

The blonde looked at Karl from far and walked to him.

"Hey" she spoke sweetly.

Karl was already sitting on the floor his head lowered staring at the ground.

He raised his head and looked at the girl at his front, he didn't see her when she was inside and wondered where she came from.

"Who are you?" He said not a single of politeness in his voice.

"Layla" she smiled and sat beside him.

"I don't need any company" he said and was about stand up when she held him back.

"I am not here to give you company am here to give myself a company, just need one" Karl looked at her but didn't say anything.

"I know our dad is such a jerk....."

"Your dad not mine.......wait your dad?" He realized what she just said and she laughed.

"At first I didn't know he had another family in Florida until he told me when I was sixteen, I was so mad at him but later got through with it and realized that it would be fun to have siblings. I know how maya is, tempered and arrogant but she missed her dad so can you do this just for her?"

Karl sighed.

"Am not worried about him staying here am worried about him gaining mom's trust and then breaking it again hurting her the more"

"Trust me he won't"

"For some reason I cannot trust you"
Those words he said seemed to stab her in the heart.

"Well you would soon I bet you" Karl sneered.

"You think?"

"Yeah, I mean you trust the other girl right?"
