Rina was back home by evening, she went straight to the kitchen to make dinner.
"Rina, sir isn't around so can we help you?"
"No, he will still find out, I will do it myself" Rina said and started chopping the onions. Layla walked downstairs and went straight to the kitchen, she saw Rina in cooking and the cooks too.
"And what are you doing here?! My brother told you guys not to help her so what are you doing here?"
"Sorry ma'am" the cooks left the kitchen leaving Rina and Layla.
"Go away, I want to concentrate" Rina said, she was turning the food.
"Okay fine, I just came to have water" Layla said and went to the refrigerator.
She got a tumbler and poured chilled water from the jug into the cup and closed the fridge.
She slowly looked at Rina who was tasting the food, she turned the fire off and brought out plates. Layla then fell the cup on the floor and it shattered. Rina turned around and saw the broken pieces.
"Am so sorry, my hand slipped" Layla said.
"It's okay, I will clean it" Rina said and left to get the broom. Layla looked outside and quickly went to the pot and looked at the cooking food. She brought out the pepper powder and opened it, she poured the half can in the food and brought the salt and poured half of it in the food and turned it and left.

Rina came back and packed the glasses, the maids came in and saw her cleaning the floor.
"Please help me serve the food, it's done" Rina told the maids and they helped her put the food in the cooler and they brought it to the dining.
Gerald was the first to come out for dinner, he always ate earlier than others, after him would be Layla then maya and Janet sometimes only maya then Rina then Karl.
He sat on the table and opened the cooler, the aroma went through his nose and he closed his eyes.
"Mmmm" he served himself so many rice and collected his spoon.
He scooped a very big spoon of rica wand stuffed in his mouth.
"Aah!" He spat it out, not because of the hotness but the hotness of the food. The saltiness and pepperishness if there was a word like that.
"Who made this disgusting food?!" He was angry, he hated people giving him food that he didn't like.
Rina came out of the kitchen hearing him.
"Is there any problem sir?" Rina asked and he banged his hand on the table and threw the plate on the floor.
"What is wrong with you Rina?! What kind of food is this?" Maya came out of Janet's room hearing the noise and came downstairs.
"What happened dad?"
"I am ordering food, she doesn't know how to cook" maya looked at Rina and then the food, the food looks okay. She collected a spoon and took a scoop. She ate it and her face expression changed.
"Rina did you cook this?" Maya asked and Rina was all confused, she tasted it right? Why did they hate it?
"I cooked it, yeah, and I tasted it......"
