At afternoon, Karl was at the office working. He was really busy that he didn't hear his phone ring on the table.
His eyes and mind was on his papers until Harvey entered the office.
"Sir" she called but he didn't answer.
"Sir" she called again and he raised his head up and looked at her.
"Sorry to interrupt but your phone-" she said and he looked at his phone and found Gg's name on it. He dropped his pen and accepted the call.
"Hey-"
"Bro what have you been doing? Why aren't you picking your calls?" Gavin asked and Karl rubbed his forehead tiredly.
"I am really sorry...what's the matter?" He asked.
"It's alright...later. I mean, you're busy so-"
"Just tell me, I might have time" Karl said looking at his watch.
"Can you come over? We want to tell you something" he said and Karl sighed.
"Over to where?" Karl asked.
"The normal place" he said and Karl nodded.
"Alright" Karl said.
"We're waiting" Gg said and ended the call.
Karl dropped his phone and relaxed his back on his chair.
"Sir do you need something to drink?" Harvey asked and he shook his head.
"I am going somewhere, so the files would be pending" he said while getting up with his phone.
"Okay sir" Harvey said as she followed Karl out of his office.

When he was at the restaurant, he stepped out of his car and closed the door. With one look, he sighted Gg, davis and Mg.
He wondered why the sudden talk.
"Hey" he greeted when he was at the table and sat across Mg.
"Hey" Gavin greeted as he and Karl did their handshake thing.
"How're you doing?" Davis asked.
"Am fine, what's the matter?" Karl asked looking at Mg. He didn't seem fine at all. He just buried his head in his drink.
"Hey Mg, what's up?" Karl asked but mg didn't say a word.
"What's wrong with him?" Karl asked Davis and Gg.
"He's going through a heart break" Gavin answered and Karl gave a confused look.
"What do you mean heartbreak?" Karl asked.
"Mandy broke up with him today" Davis said this time.
"Oh shit" Karl expressed before taking out the empty cup and pouring himself a drink.
"What happened bro? talk to me" Karl said.
"He wouldn't speak" Gavin said.
"But what happened? Why did she break up with you?" Karl continued to ask questions.
"She loves someone else" mg finally replied the question mg and Davis have been begging for and with Karl just asking him once, he replied.
Karl was speechless, he really thought their relationship was based on love.
"Okay, then who does she love?" Gavin asked.
"I don't know. She just told me and....." mg couldn't speak anymore. He grabbed his phone from the table and left the table to his car.
The three of them looked at him without any words.
"I will be back" Karl said and left.
"I feel so sorry for him" Gavin said.
"He will soon get better" Davis said while sipping his drink. He didn't look worried for mg.
"You don't look concerned" Gavin told him and he only chuckled.
"Why should I? I knew this will happen anyways" Davis said nonchalantly.
"How do you know that?" Gavin asked.
"It's obvious Karl is the person Mandy loves. Knew it since Layla was arrested" Davis said and Gavin almost choked on his wine.
"What? Are you crazy Dave? Karl has a girlfriend, why would she love him. That's absurd"
"Sounds like it" Davis said while his eyes were on Karl who entered Mg's car.
When Karl entered mg sighed. He wanted to be alone although he knew Karl will still follow him.
"It's okay, I am fine" mg said.
"No you're not" Karl said.
"Karl, I am fine-"
"Dude, I thought you guys loved each other" he interrupted mg, drifting the topic.
"Yeah, I did but I guess she didn't" mg said.
"I am sorry, I really am. Maybe I should speak with her-"
"No don't," Mg quickly stopped Karl from bringing put his phone, "we are done, it's over. No more speaking" mg said and Karl released his hand.
"It isn't over. I mean, I and rina have gone through this but here we are-"
"Bro, that's you and rina. You guys seem to never hate each other. But there is Mandy, upon everything I have done for her, fuck her" mg cursed angrily although he really didn't show his anger.
"So you don't have clues of who she loves now?" Karl asked.
"Why would I? It's not my fucking business that she's into another guy. She can go fuck herself"
"Chill bro, it's just a break up. Everything will be fine" Karl said just before his phone rang.
He collected his phone from his pocket and answered the call.
"Hey"
"Hey, how're you?" Rina asked.
"Am fine, you?" He asked back.
"I am fine just don't pick me up anymore"
"Why?" Karl asked.
"I am going somewhere-"
"Okay I will drop you wherever you are going"
"Babe listen to me, it's alright. I will take a cab" Rina said and Karl remained silent.
"You better don't send Austin to come pick me up, if that's what you're thinking" rina said after Karl's silence.
"Alright," he said, " Fine, I will see you at home"
"Thank you," rina smiled after Karl finally let her.
"Love you" she said before the call was ended.
Karl looked at his wrist watch before sighing.
"It's okay if you have to go, I get you're busy" mg said.
"I will talk to you later, take care" Karl patted his shoulder before leaving the car.
