When Karl was gone, Rina turned in the tv to keep her occupied from the thoughts of Andrew and his question, she didn't know that she stayed on the bed with her eyes in the tv but her mind on Andrew's question for fifty minutes without even touching the chips.

"What's going on with me? Just relax, nothing stupid is gonna happen. I hope." She brushed of her thoughts and grabbed the bowl.
She looked at her phone's screen when it started ringing and it was him again. Why didn't he stop calling her? She stood up from the bed and went to the balcony. When she got there she answered the call.

"Hello" she said.

"Yeah Rina, why do you keep ending the call?"

"Andrew please, I don't want you talking to me"

"Why?"

"Have you forgotten what you did that night?"

"I said I was sorry"

"I have forgiven but he has not, try to under......"

"Who has not?"

"It doesn't matter, just go already"

"Come on Rina, you said you can't see me, so I have to talk to you through the phone" Andrew said and Rina felt like hitting him from there, can't he just listen.

"Andrew listen to me and just stop calling me okay, I am not alone. Look, I will try calling you when it's okay, maybe tonight"

"What about seeing me?"

"Fine, at Dinky bars, just don't call me now. At night"

"Promise?" He asked.

"Yeah promise, just end the call before........" Rina froze when she felt Karl's hand around her stomach and still heard Andrew's hello on the phone, she ignored it and quickly ended the call.

"You haven't finished your chips yet?" he asked with his hands under her shirt.

"I remained them for you" she said and turned around.

"What're you doing here?" He asked.
Does it mean he didn't know she was calling someone, if he knew it was Andrew what would he have done? Well knowing Karl well, she knows he wouldn't say or do anything, him giving you a silent treatment was worst than any other thing.

"I am just here for fresh air, What are you doing here?"

"Is it a bad thing to check on my girlfriend?"

"Don't you have work Karl?"

"Yeah I do, it bored me out, would you accompany me?"

"Come on, you wouldn't concentrate."

"Of course I will"

"No you won't Karl, now move, I will get ready for the party"

"You're not going anywhere" he pulls her in. "The work can wait for now, let me get into a better and interesting one" he said while putting the side of her hair behind her ear. He leaned in and slowly kissed her. She closed her eyes and kissed him back.

"Seriously, what is going on with Rina? Why does she keeps telling me to call her back? We are friends right? I can't even see her. Bullshit!" He went back to his call logs and called her again. "Who is she with that she can't speak to me because of him?"

Rina mistakenly dropped her phone on the floor when it started ringing and they both pulled out from the kiss.
She picked up the phone which was still ringing and looked at the screen.

Ugh!!!! Why did he still called?!! She looked at Karl who looked at the phone then her waiting for her to answer the phone then ended the call.

"Who's that?" He asked. For the first time he asked about her call showing he was getting to feel uncomfortable about her repetition of phone calls.
