"gimme your hand; i wanna hold your hand," jessie complained softly.

i grabbed her hand, and she interlaced our fingers. i still hugged their arm though as we walked through the art exhibition.

we haven't been here long, but for the time that we have been here, jj has been geeking out over everything. she's such a dork, and it's adorable.

"imagine having your art in an exhibition like this, or a museum, or something," she said, her eyes wide as she started to go on another ramble. "i know i said that animating an anime would be endgame, but that, getting my art in a museum or something, that would be endgame ."

"i'm sure you'll achieve that one day, lovebug," i murmured, then pressed a kiss to their bicep.

"you really think so?" she bit back a smile.

"for sure, baby; i know you'll be able to if you really want to," i smiled.

they grinned, then gave me a few, quick kisses. i smiled as they did, and i basked in their attention. she stood on her tiptoes to kiss my temple as well.

we continued to walk around the art exhibition, looking at everything. jess gave her opinion on each one, explaining the pieces in ways that i'm not even going to pretend that i understood.

we eventually left. we walked out to my car. jessie walked to the passenger side to open the door for me, though they pulled me close first.

"i know i've told you this already, but you look really pretty today, princess," they told me with a sweet smile as they curled my hair behind my ear.

"thank you, baby," i blushed as i hooked my arms around their neck.

"of course," she murmured. her eyes scanned over me. "you're so cute. i just wanna," they stopped talking and started pressing kisses all across my face.

i giggled as she did. they smiled too, their smile widening with each kiss. she ended it by cupping my face and pulling my lips towards her. she kissed me so deeply, yet so delicately, that when she pulled back, i kinda just melted into her embrace as my face flushed.

they took the opportunity to kiss my forehead, being as though i had slouched so much that my forehead was right in front of their lips. i let out an almost squeal-like noise, and i buried my face into her chest. she laughed, and she moved her arms to wrap them around me.

"so fucking cute," they mumbled as they kissed the top of my head.

she held me for a few moments until she pulled me back, then opened the door for me. i stole a quick kiss before i got into the car.

roughly ten minutes later, she pulled up to a red light. there were a few cars in front of us. they started searching for something in my center console.
