"look at you!" jessie grabbed my hand to pull me close. her eyes scanned over me. "you're so fucking cute."
i giggled as they cupped my face and tilted it down so that they could place a kiss on my forehead. i smiled at her as she pulled back.
"literally grow your bangs out, right now," she said. "i wanna see your forehead more!"
my nose scrunched up, and i lifted my hands to cover my forehead. "no. i got them for a reason!"
they gently grabbed my wrists, and they pulled my hands away from my forehead. "i love your forehead. it makes me wanna just give you forehead kisses all the time!" she huffed before she cupped my face and started giving me tons of forehead kisses.
i giggled all the while. i tried to gently push her back, but she persisted. when they stopped, i buried my face into their chest.
"i love you," they murmured, which made me smile.
"i love you too," i slipped my arms around her and hugged her closely.
she kissed the top of my head a few times. they rested their chin on top of my head as they held me for a few moments.

"hi, momma," i smiled as i stepped into her embrace.
"hi, sweetie," mom greeted. she kissed the side of my head and hugged me for a few, long seconds.
when i stepped back, mom held her arms out to give jessie a hug too. i watched as a soft smile spread across jj's lips before they stepped into mom's embrace. mom kissed the side of jj's head too, and i could see jess melt into mom's embrace.
she's so cute, man.
it makes me so happy that they get along with my parents.
mom welcomed us inside, and she shut the door behind us. we walked to the living room, where dad, finneas, and claudia were all sitting.
"claudia!" jess grinned as she quickly made her way over to her.
"jj, baby!" claudia grinned as well as she opened her arms for jessie.
me and finneas turned to look at each other. we both had unamused expressions on our faces.
i walked over to dad first, and i gave him a hug. while i did, jj gave finneas a quick hug. while i walked over to greet finny and claudia, jessie walked over to dad. i heard them murmur a soft "hey, patty," as they hugged.
i sat on the couch. jessie walked over, and i made grabby hands for her. i smiled as they let me pull them into my lap. i wrapped my arms around her, found her hands, and interlaced our fingers. i kissed the side of her head, then rested my chin over her shoulder.
