[Chapter 15 - Soul Mates]

The sunlight entered in Ikki's room. The airbender woke up with a big smile on her face. Finally, after almost a month she could wake up feeling good, finally she could move her body. Slowly she will take her airbending skills back. She will be again an airbender master, but this time she will be more peaceful and she will understand others people better, she will listen everyone's story because they listed her story.

Her story, the story about the little broken girl who needed somebody to love.

This couldn't be her story. She didn't want a story like that. She wanted to be more than a little girl who needs a hero to save her.

Ikki sighed and she stand up. She looked at her feet. It was so good to walk again.

The girl went in the front of the mirror. She looked at her body, some scars were still on her legs and stomach, but that didn't stop her to wear the outfit chosen by Huan two days ago.

She put on her the yellow bustier and the red short pants. She put her usual buns on her hair and she went downstairs where was her auntie looking at some kind of photo.

"What is that, auntie? " Ikki asked while she sit down near Kya

" Nothing, " she laughed

" Don't lie to me. " Ikki said smirking

" Zaheer.. Give it to me, " she admitted

Ikki took the picture and she stared at it.

" I don't get it. It's just a city. "

" Zaheer grows up there, it's beautiful, isn't it? "

Ikki studied the picture more. After the houses and streets were mountains and the sky was so beautiful.

" Yes it is. " Ikki smiled

" He offered to show me that city one day. "

" Really? "Ikki asked surprised

" Yeah, he really changed. " she smiled

" You're sure? I don't wanna see you hurt, auntie. "

" I can take care of myself, sweetie. " she laughed

" I know, but please...don't put your hope in him. "

" Since when you're that spiritual? "Kya joked

" I don't know, now I'm more like Daddy right? "ikki laughed

" Nah,you have your own personality. "Kya smiled

" Thanks. " Ikki nodded

" Sure. " she smiled

" I think he's my soul mate,no I'm not crazy. You know soul mates come into your life to open your eyes, you don't have to spend your entire life with them, but you can't forget them. "

" Oh, and what if Huan is my soul mate? "

" There are two types of soul mates, one of them is the ones who help you with yourself and then they can leave but the second type is the one with who you can spend your life because they will always love you and I think for you Huan is the second type. "Kya smiled
