Destiny's pov
I woke up and got dressed properly. I really have this wish to visit the warehouse and see how things work there, I always wanted to know. I will ask dad to take me with him.
I went downstairs and wished everyone a good morning then soon enough Luke joined the table
" How did you sleep princess?" Dad asked
" I slept so well daddy." I said with a smile
" And my Luke?"
" Me too dad." He smiled too
" Dad, can I ask you something?"
" Of course, anything." Dad smiled
" Can I visit the warehouse for once please?"
" No." I took a quick No from Nico and Marco
" I didn't ask you both." I said with attitude
Usually I'm not like this with any of them but the thing is all they have for me as an answer is a NO for everything.
" Daddy, please! I will just go with you, watch and come back quietly. I won't even ask you again. Pretty please daddy."
" Destiny, you know the warehouse."
" No, I just wanna visit it thoroughly and watch the function, please daddy, just once!!"
" Why Dest? What's there interesting in seeing people training, making bombs, making some scientific research and using guns?"
" Everything!!" I said feeling excited even at the sound of it
" Nothing... Babe it's dangerous for you there."
" Pete and Luke do! And what danger could it be there?! I will go with you, stay with you and come back with you, nothing will happen to me there."
" Destiny close it, I can't take you there... At least not now."
" Why can't you daddy? You take Pete there, why not me? Please."
" Peter is not you, Dest."
" That doesn't make any sense, if he can go then why can't I? Please daddy just for once!"
" Destiny, close it honey... I don't have time to show you around."
" Luke can! You just take me there."
" Luke can't. And it's the same for Marco and Nico. We can't take you there, at least not now."
" Why?" I whined, " I wanna go!" I huffed lightly pushing my plate back
" With this attitude you won't ever go." Dad said sternly
" Sorry daddy, I will be good just please take me there, please." I pleaded again
It's like the more they are denying me the more my urge increases.
" I guess you heard him, Destiny." Nick said
" Again not talking to you!" I said with gritted teeth
Why do they always step in everything and don't let me be!? They won't have any problem with Pete going anywhere but with me, don't ask!! I am not made of glass!!
" Destiny, you better show some respect to your brothers and you are not going till you improve your attitude... They don't feel satisfied with denying you." Mom stepped in
" It's not fair! You always take their side!" I said pointing at them irritated.
" Because they know better and you are being so disrespectful. Eat quietly or go to your room." Mom said
