I got out of the class once I finished my exam. I took my bottle of water from my bag and drank it then returned it back.
I feel relieved the exam was a piece of cake. I stayed in front of the class waiting for Evie. I hope she found it easy too.
I leaned on the wall and pulled my phone to distract myself. I found Peter online so I decided to send him a message.
L: Hello Pete 😃
P: Hey, softie ✌
P: How was the exam?
P: Are you going home, right now?
P: If you are, please feed the dogs, I will come later than usual.
I was startled with all these messages.
L: Easy babe, I'll answer one by one
P: Okay
L: the exam wasn't a rocket science
L: Second, I am not going home and why are you coming late?
P: I have a presentation. I will go to Oliver's to make it.
L: Just you and Oliver?
P: No, Miles, Scott and Mike
L: Hmm, are you sure you have a presentation?
P: When I get home, I will show you what we have done
Did he think that I didn't believe him? Well, I didn't but that didn't mean that I would check his work. What should I answer him right now?

P: 🤦🏻Loca as usual! I will show you to give us a hand and tell us what to add, what to remove and stuff like that.
I chuckled at my thoughts but I am happy that my baby spider didn't think that way. It's a relief!
L: Sure, honey 😅
P: Are you going to the warehouse?
L: Yeah, I don't know but Chris called me saying I have a special training today so I am going
P: Like if he told you you have a normal training you wouldn't go 😏
L: I have to go in either case 😔
P: Yeah, you haven't soccer training?
L: Nope, tomorrow I have.
P: Great!
L: Pete, shouldn't you be in class right now?
P: Yes, I am, why?

L: So you are using your phone and not paying attention to the lecture.

I smiled like a fool at him mentioning about himself being my baby spider.

" Lucas!" Eve called me as she walked out of the class
I slid my phone in my pocket and opened my arms for her to share a hug which she accepted delightfully.
