"Did he take any ring out?"

Piper leaned forward on the table, getting so eager to know everything. We're inside an ice cream shop since Piper told me and Riley to meet her here. She said it's been a while since we see each other. We are all busy in doing different things. I took this meeting as a chance to tell them about the time Oliver and I talked about marriage. I need some advices from them because I don't want to decide something without thinking about it very deeply.

"No..." I answered Piper, taking a scoop from my ice cream cup. "I said I don't want to talk about that now. I asked for some time and... I'll open that topic up myself if I'm ready."

"Well..." Riley straightened up, also leaning forward on the table. "Do you love him?"

"Yes," I said. Of course, I love him. We wouldn't be here together if I don't.

"Do you like being with him all the time?" Piper was the next one to ask a question. I only nodded to answer her.

"Then, get married." Riley simply said. Piper agreed. Sumimangot ako sa kanilang dalawa dahil sa sinabi nila. "We mean, you love him. You guys have a daughter. What else?"

"It's not that simple," I complained. "If we get married now... I'm scared things will get ruin again. This time we might not just hurt each other but... it would also hurt Mavi. I don't want that to happen to my daughter. Ever."

"Why would you think that way?" Riley raised an eyebrow. "The two of you went through so much hardship. I believe you guys know better now."

"But I still can't blame you. If I were you, I'd be scared to." Piper said. "Though, Riley's right, you should listen to her instead."

"So, I should go and tell him I want to be married to him?" I asked.

"That's our opinion. Your situations are fine now. There's nothing would come between you two, that's for sure." Riley explained. "But the final decision would come from you. We're just here to help you decide because you asked us."

I nodded my head, absorbing all the things they have told me. I should take a note of that. It would definitely help me. I thanked the two of them for listening to me. But Piper said I should pay for our ice cream if I'm really thankful to them. I rolled my eyes but didn't say anything and just paid for everything.

Umalis na kami ng ice cream shop pagkatapos kong magbayad. Sila Piper at Riley lang ang magkasama sa iisang sasakyan kaya hihiwalay ako ng daan paglabas namin dahil sa iba naka-park ang sasakyan ko.

"Riley!" Piper suddenly called her while we're walking towards our own cars. Pati ako ay napalingon sa kanya dahil sa biglaang pagtawag. Riley furrowed her eyebrows and went to Piper who gestured her to come closer.

I was just looking at both of them. May pinakita si Piper kay Riley sa phone niya. I got curious but I didn't try looking at it too.

"Did something happen?" I asked instead. The two looked at me but Piper's the only one who looked surprise by my sudden question.

"Nothing!" Piper said, eye widened. She was overreacting about something but I ignored it. She would tell me if she wants to. I also don't it concerns me so...

"Okay," I just said. "I'll go ahead, I need to check our studio. See you."

I turned my back at them and walked straight to my car. I drove off and just like what I said, I went at the dance studio. Ngayon ko nalang ulit 'yon pupuntahan. Si Riley naman ang bumibisita so okay lang naman kahit hindi ako pumunta.
