MILANI NEVER REALIZE whenshe allowed the enemy to enter into her both personal and musical life. It started by the musical life, from being just a fan being introduced to their favorite singer, a typical fan to singer kind of relation. The relation turned into a big simple fan, to a friend, to a close friend, to a close close friend she could rely on, to—well you knew what had transpired.
It started no other day before, Milani was on set for her first single from her sophomore album, Check On It. The song featured an underground rap duo by the name of UGK, the members being Bun B and Pimp C. Milani found them performing one time at the White Oak Music Hall in Houston, Texas, and she wanted them on one of her songs, especially since they were all from the state of Texas. Plus she was attempted to get plenty of artists out of their shell and out there in the world during her time in the industry.
"Alright, dancers! Get ready for the next scene!" The director called out, Calista began to quickly freshen up Milani's appearance. Usually, they'd do different scenes everyday, but Milani was determined to film it all in one day, she knew she had it. She was already on a roll. She knocked out two music videos from her debut album, and was soon to turn in her songs for her sophomore album for Andre and Puffy to look and approve over.
She was becoming more focused on her career and trying to get her name fully out there. People knew who she was, but really only the fact that Tupac was connected to it — so Milani was determined to subtract his name from her gaining such success and attempting to do it, herself like she thought it out to be. And it was the same for Tupac, especially after he drops his new album that was soon to release within the next week.
"Don't fall on the chair, girly. With them thin ass heels, I don't know how you could possibly dance in those." Calista laughed, before Kevin began brushing through her curls, lightly and throughly. "Me neither, but it all just happens. It's honestly like nothing if you really think about it, or just don't." She chuckled.
Milani was soon able to walk over to where she was placed for her next scene. All the girls were wearing silky bright baby pink dresses similar to Milani's, who's was slightly different. "I can tell you wanna taste it, but I'm gone let you chase it. You got to be patient, I like my men patient, more patience you take might get you in more places. You can't be abrasive, have to know how to pace it."
