"MAN, WHAT? WHAT YOU talkingabout Suge?" DeVante scrunched his face up at the statement he'd just been told a few seconds ago. "You said Milani was out in Cali right?" He nodded, "Yeah, she was out here doing a track for Quik. I signed him to my label a couple months ago, the track is called Summer Breeze. You wanna hear it for evidence, my nigga?"
"She told me she was doing a track with Nate and Snoop? The fuck." He let out a deep exhale, looking over at JoJo. "You knew about this?" He asked him, JoJo shook his head, he had no clue Milani had even been to Cali.
"She was probably with Nate and Snoop, but she wasn't doing a track with 'em. We haven't even begun doing the Murder Was A Case soundtrack yet." Suge pointed out, DeVanté scoffed, before shaking his head.
DeVante honestly felt betrayed, he felt hurt. He didn't understand the fact that she was lying to him, going behind his back at that.
If looks could kill, JoJo would've assumed that Milani and Quik would soon be six feet under soon. But he truthfully didn't feel an inch bad for DeVante after what Suge had explained, if anything, he deserved his own treatment — but it was his brother at the same time, and he felt some sort of sympathy for him.
He was lying about things, he still hadn't told her that he has a whole other family behind her back, and that was even worse than her sneaking around, and if she cheated? He deserved it, he was the doing the same out on tour.
"Fuck that, when's our next show?" DeVante asked, pure anger evident in his voice. "June third, at the House Of Blues in Anaheim, why?" Suge informed, placing his cigar that he carried with him everywhere, to the side of his mouth. You did not see Suge without a cigar, and that was the facts.
"Alright, I gotta go take care of my business. You niggas comin'?" He asked the boys, who nodded. The four had rose up, dapped Suge up minus JoJo — who had scoffed at him for telling DeVante the such thing, the man lived for drama.
Suge knew how DeVante got down majority of the time when he heard something he didn't like hearing. The two were similar, he didn't know that DeVante killed people, but he surely didn't put it passed him. They kept the same mentality, don't fuck with me, my feelings, family nor my money and you'll be fine.
"Yo De—what you about to do, man?" JoJo asked, catching up to his speed. DeVante dug into his pocket, grabbing ahold of his car keys to the Grand National Suge had gifted the boys. "Ima fuck her up, that's what Ima fuckin' do." He told him, as they climbed into the car, Dalvin and K-Ci in the back of JoJo and Dalvin.
